Parents, especially those of teenagers, care about their children’s education more than anything else. They could do everything for their children. Many of them spend most of their spare time coaching their children in studies; those who have time or cannot do it have hired tutors. Some also send children to after-class schools. Some even have tried to mould their home environment more favorable for study. It seems as if a better education is all that parents expect for children.

The present situation can be explained by the following reasons. First of all, as our country’s economy moves ahead healthily, many parents have become aware that future success depends more and more on skills and education. Lack of training and education will no longer ensure young people to have a promising future. Secondly, it is evident that in a competitive society there are both losers and winners. The better skills and knowledge children possess, the more opportunities they will be ensures. What is more, with school tuitions increasing it is also reasonable for parents to expect their children to be somebody or do something great as a result of education they have received.

Certainly, it is good to see much of parents’ attention on children’s education. However, in my opinion, emphasis should also be laid on fostering other abilities and personal qualities. True, it is important to learn to succeed, but the first thing to learn is how to survive and how to be a qualified citizen. If this is included in good education that parents are seeking now, their children will be definitely ensured not only of a bright future but also a sound intellectual and mental foundation, hence a healthy life.

It is quite common phenomenon that many parents will bring their children to all kinds of classes as long as their children have weekends or holidays.This kind of situation has been hot discussed among public.Some people hold that children deserve to have play time as much as possible.Some believe that children should learn as much as possible since they have strong ability to grasp new knowledge.Standing on my point of view,I’m convinced that children should be sent to training class to learn as much as possible so that they can be more brilliant.

現在,許多家長會趁孩子們周末或者放假的時候帶他們去參加各種各樣的培訓班的現象已經很普遍.這種現象引起了公眾的熱議.一些人認為孩子們應該有盡可能多的時間去玩.一些人認為孩子們應該趁他們這個年紀學習能力很強的時候去多學習一些新知識.就我看來,我認為應該送孩子們學多點兒知識,這樣一來,他們會更加聰明.

Firstly,training class can broaden children’s knowledge.For almost all children,they have very limited knowledge.But if they are sent to training class,they can learn various knowledge of life.

第一,培訓班能開拓孩子們的視野.對于幾乎所有的小孩來說,他們的知識有限.但是如果送他們到培訓班學習的話,他們會學到有關生活的各種知識.

Secondly,training class helps children to improve their skills.Nowadays,there are many kinds of training agents for children to train children a certain kind of skill.For example,a great number of parents will send their children to dance class.In this kind of class,not only children can learn dance skills,but they can practice themselves at the same time.

第二,培訓班能夠幫助小孩子們提高技能.現在,有各種各樣的培訓機構專門培訓小孩子某一方面的技能.例如,許多家長會送自己的小孩子去學舞蹈.這樣的課程不僅能讓孩子們學會跳舞,并且也能夠鍛煉他們的身體.

Thirdly,children can be more outstanding in the future compared with those who don’t attend training class.Kids learn more skills will be more flexible and smart than those who never attend training classes in doing certain kinds of things.

第三,與那些不參加培訓課的孩子們相比,參加過培訓課的小孩子們在將來會更優秀.在做某種特定的事情的時候,那些擁有多重技能的孩子會比那些沒有參加過培訓課的小孩子更加靈活、聰明.

All in all,sending kids to training classes will do a lot of good to children’s future.

It seems that many students go to take after-school classes, but it is just a waste of time and money. I used to go to different kinds of these classes, too. But later I realized I couldn't do that any more. I began to spend more time reading, doing sports and taking some social activities. Meanwhile, I didn't fall behind others in study.

I prefer to have time to enjoy the nature. It's a wise way to know about the world. So I often put my spare time to good use by watching animals, plants, rocks .around my city. I still remember that day I went to the Forest Park this spring! And I found a few plants appearing in my biology books. It offered me an opportunity to deepen my understanding of my textbooks.

Learning by using is a real practice. I have benefited a lot from it. Now I am becoming more creative and confident than those who are always involved in taking after-school classes.
