Before Sleep-睡覺前
每天做完作業要睡覺的時候我總是先洗腳刷牙。然后進行半小時的室內鍛煉,因為這樣會讓我的身體強壯些。鍛煉完后,我會很輕松地歪在床頭上看會兒書,接著便會很快進入夢鄉。
Before Sleep
Every night when I finish doing my homework and it's time for sleep, I will always brush my teeth and wash my feet first. Then I will do some exercises for about half an hour. I think I can become stronger by doing this. After the exercises, I will lean at ease against the bed and read a little. Then I will fall asleep soon.
