Attending a wedding for the first time, a little girl whispered to her mother, "Why is the bride dressed in white?"
"Because white is the color of happiness, and today is the happiest day of her life."
The child thought about this for a moment, then said, "So why is the groom wearing black?"
小姑娘頭回參加婚禮，悄悄問媽媽：“為什么新娘穿一身白呀？”
“因為白色是幸福的顏色，而今天是她一生中最幸福的日子。”
小姑娘對這事琢磨了一會兒，接著又問：“那新郎為什么穿一身黑呢？”
