I'm planning to visit New York next month on a business trip, and would like to reserve a room at your hotel for five nights from July 1.
I'm sure you will be quite busy during the first week of July, but I'd very much appreciate it if I could have a room on the ground floor. I assume that the rate for a single room with bath is around $200, but I could go a little higher than this, if necessary. Hope to receive your confirmation of this reservation by e-mail (tatrade@twt.com.tw) or by fax (+886-2-2345-6789) before June 10, if possible. Thank you.
