In reply to your e-mail of April 1, I am pleased to certify that Ms. Hwei-wen Chang was a full-time employee of Taiwan Trade Co., Ltd. For a period of three years and six months from June 2001 to December 2004. Ms. Chang worked for us as an executive secretary in the international division. Her work consisted primarily of such secretarial duties as scheduling appointments, making arrangements for staff meetings, drafting minutes, and writing and filing business correspondence. She resigned from the company on December 1, 2004 for personal reasons.
