One possible version
Last month Harbin cut off its water supply for four days because of pollution fear in Songhua River, which is Harbin's main water source. The pollution resulted from a chemical plant blast. Schools had to be closed for a week. People were pouring into supermarkets to buy large quantities of bottled water and drinks.
The water crisis again shows the importance of protecting environment. We have only one earth. As a matter of fact, environmental problem is now regional, national and global, so it's our duty to make every effort to live in harmony with nature, otherwise we may be punished by nature.
