亞健康的存在 The Exist of Sub-health
Recently, I saw a piece of horrible news that a girl committed suicide, but none of her families had perceived the girl’s choice, because she was an active girl. Actually, many people have sub-health problems today, and most people haven’t realized this problem, thus the tragedy happens.
最近，我聽到了一個可怕的消息。有一個女孩自殺了，但她的家人都不認(rèn)為她會做出這樣的選擇，因為她是一個活潑的女孩。實際上，現(xiàn)在很多人都有著亞健康問題，大多數(shù)人沒意識到這一點，因此，悲劇發(fā)生了。
The definition of a sick person is often believed to have illness in physical. But according to the Health Report, sub-health is the new type sickness that kills thousands of young people, because sub-health is not easy to be perceived and generally people don’t consider that they have health issue. Sub-health is the potential illness. It may be the pressure you are suffering, or the bad emotions you are depressing. It is more of the mental illness.
一般生病通常都是認(rèn)為是身體有疾病。但根據(jù)健康報告，亞健康是成千上萬年輕人的新型殺手，因為亞健康不容易覺察到，所以大部分人都不覺得他們自己有健康問題。亞健康是潛在的疾病，它可能是你正在承受的壓力，或者抑郁情緒，它更像是精神類的疾病。
If sub-health is not treated in time, it will break out sooner or later. Some people will feel depressed and kill themselves, or some get sick badly after lacking of exercise for a long time. Taking regular exercises and keeping good mood are necessary ways to keep healthy. The proper adjustment can help us to stay away from sub-health.
如果亞健康沒得到及時治療，遲早會爆發(fā)的。有些人會感到抑郁，然后自殺，有些會在長時間缺乏鍛煉的情況下生病嚴(yán)重。經(jīng)常鍛煉、保持好心情是保持健康的必要方法。適當(dāng)?shù)恼{(diào)整可以幫助我們遠離亞健康。
