There are many ways to improve the ability of self-learning.當我們學(xué)習的時候，我們都想要高效率的工作，自學(xué)能力是很重要的，有了自習能力，我們就可以提高效率，我們所做的事情就能更好的完成，節(jié)省時間去做其他事情。提高自習能力的方法是多樣的。First, we should set up the goal. The goal we make is better not to be far away, we can set up a small goal one by one. When we make the big goal, it is hard to achieve, sometimes we will frustrate by not seeing the improvement, then we will give up easily. But setting up the small is easy to achieve, so we can see our improvement and have the faith to keep on.第一，我們應(yīng)該設(shè)立目標。我們設(shè)立的目標最好不要離得太遠，我們可以設(shè)立一個個小的目標。當我們定遠大目標的時候，很到達到，有時候會因為看不到提高而受挫，然后很容易放棄。但是設(shè)立小的目標很容易達到，因此我們可以看到進步，有信念堅持下去。Second, after setting up the goal, the next thing is to take action.
