Owing to the growing number of population, job hunting is a headache for college students. Although the development of society and job market is fast, graduates find it increasingly difficult to get jobs they really like. At last, many of them prefer to start a career after graduation.
There are also a variety of challenges for those who want to run their own business. First, choosing the right field is hard but important for entrepreneurs, which largely depends on graduates’ majors and personal experience. Entrepreneurship involves risks and entails hard-work and determination. Every career needs funds and partners, which is the second challenge for entrepreneurs. The program the entrepreneurs determine to do must interest others, who are likely to invest money in their career. Lastly, how to be a confident and persistent leader is another problem, which is indispensable for starting a business well. During the period of running a company, everyone in the firm must learn to cooperate with others and do their best.
Although there are unknown challenges when the graduates start a career at first, it generates greater satisfaction and a sense of achievement as well. Only when one is willing to take risks can one accomplish great things.
