1、Drawbacks：

　　（1）學生還不夠成熟，他們往往從自身的經驗和利益出發來評價老師，因此unable to evaluate teachers‘ performance in a sound way.可能會出現要求嚴格的老師不受歡迎的情況。

　　（2）學生評價老師也會對老師產生不好的影響，老師為了cater for the needs of children and get a high evaluation，從而放松對學生的要求，而且對教學內容和教學效果也會有影響

　　2、Advantages：

　　（1）對學生來說，評價老師有利于培養學生think independently. 應該鼓勵學生challenge 老師，這樣他們不但學到知識，而且具有innovative思維，敢于超越老師。

　　（2）對老師來說，獲得feedback 也是提高自己教學能力和教學效果的有效途徑，也有利于培養老師的競爭意識，不斷學習，不斷完善自己來滿足學生的學習要求。

　　（3）學生交了學費，就是customer，老師提供教學服務，從這點上說，學生也有權評價老師。

　　十四、明星拿高薪

　　1、承認明星給人們帶來pleasures，他們提供的娛樂使人們在工作之余放松，有一個健康的lifestyle.但是they are definitely overpaid.

　　2、Wealth should be allocated according to the contribution to the society. 與明星相比，很多ordinary people在醫學，教育和科研領域工作的人，對社會的貢獻更大，但是他們的薪水要低很多。獲得Nobel prize的科學家甚至都沒有明星拿的多，這是inequitable.

　　3、雖然從事體育娛樂的明星也需要有skills and talents，但是其他‘ordinary’ professions也require special skills，而且很多職業years of education and special training.這樣的收入不公使得人們are doubtful of接受教育的作用，這對培養下一代是很不利的，他們可能會give up school study and pursue to get money much easier like the sports star.

　　4、Things should be done to make salaries fairer. Government should impose heavy taxes upon 明星who earn excessively high salaries，greater amount of money should be given to 貢獻更大的公民who deserver the earning .

　　十五、在公共場合（超市）安裝監視器

　　1、安裝監視器的優點：利用監視器可以幫助警察catch criminals，thus reducing crime. a camera is more effective than security guards. 警察和保安不可能全天24小時工作，而camera will not feel tired.而且它更objective，sometimes our eyes might deceive us，while a machine can exactly record what happens，it can prevent much unnecessary embarrassment. Frighten off the criminals and reduce potential crime.

　　2、缺點：Critiques about installation of surveillance typically look at the infringement of people‘s privacy. Being photographed and recorded by the camera，很多人feel uncomfortable and no privacy.特別是女性，有些人可能會將camera獲得的資料用于illegal use.

　　3、總結：盡管有缺點，但是為了public safety ，監視器是有必要的。但是應該盡可能balance the need for security with respect for individual’s privacy and freedom.

　　十六、孩子和大人誰學的快

　　1、孩子學的快：比較單純，在學校的環境中容易學習，語言，新事物（游戲，網絡）

　　2、大人學的快：有方法和經驗，而且具有一定的知識積累，所以在相關領域學的很快，但是busy with family and work ，可能沒有足夠的時間學習

　　3、can not generalize about children or adults being better learners. It depends on the situation and motivation of a individual and the level of enthusiasm he or she has for learning.

　　十七、是否應該根據不同的智力對孩子分別教育

　　1、引述：

　　有人認為gifted children think different from common children ，他們應該分別進行教育。If all children are grouped together regardless of intellectual ability，teacher will be caught in dilemma that 將會出現，聰明學生覺得too slow not satisfy ，feel boring to the course，而有一些學生can not catch up with the progress，也會感到frustrated.

　　2、提出自己的觀點：我認為，是非常不合理的：

　　（1）無法確定哪個孩子智力高，用IQ test 以及考試成績來判定is stupid.

　　（2）to separate children according to their individual competence can hurt their feelings，which goes against their personality development.學習成績好的學生are instilled（逐漸灌輸）with a sense of superiority while 成績不好的學生感覺很失敗。

　　3、總結：

　　如果將學生放在一起教育的話，這種氛圍更有利與孩子的成長，鼓勵好的幫助差的，差的學習好的。至于老師上課內容的把握，適合大部分學生就行，特別優秀的和特別茶的都可以通過自學和請教老師獲得需要的知識。

　　十八、電腦（互聯網）是否會取代老師（學校），在哪些方面老師重要，哪些方面電腦重要

　　1、先承認電腦教學的好處

　　（1）study in any convenient time and location at a personal speed and intensity

　　（2）提供的信息量大

　　2、不可能取代老師（學校），原因：

　　（1）little social contact，lack of interactivity，在學習中遇到困難得不到老師的指導。

　　（2）學生不成熟，控制不了自己電腦的好處：CAI（Computer Aided Introduction）multimedia technology可以用于自動化考試系統online test system教師：現代教育技術受制于學習軟件，好的學習軟件需要老師的參與開發教學生如何學習，分析問題，解決問題在智力教育方面，計算機可能部分的替代或者輔助老師，但是道德教育，價值觀的培養離不開老師和學校。
