遠程辦公的弊端：

1. 比之遠程辦公，來自于辦公室的限制和來自同事的壓力能刺激員工更加努力地工作，提高工作效率。相反，遠程辦公者很可能出現工作的懶散和懈怠，因此，效率較低。

遠程辦公的利好：

1. 遠程辦公對于老板有利好，因為他可以節省經濟成本，因為不用租用辦公場地以及支付坐班工資，但是，這樣的經營模式很難培養集體凝聚力，增強員工的歸屬感。

2. 遠程辦公對于職員有利好，具體而言，他們不必往返，工作時間靈活，也許幸福感更強，因為遠程辦公有效地克服了地理的障礙以及節省了時間成本。但是，遠程辦公對于職員的自律性要求極高，不是人人適合遠程辦公。
