決定：

2、正文
三段(8句)：寫(xiě)作目的段、細(xì)化段、感謝或者期待。
3、各種信函內(nèi)容安排

表示祝賀,為之高興;
祝賀緣由,勞有所獲;
寄予期望,取得更大成就;
再次祝賀。
