College days are important stage. It is important forcollege students to spend this period of time onacademic development. However, many studentsare doing business in their leisure time. Opinions onthis phenomenon differ from person to person.Some people think it is something worthwhile todo. Others hold that for college students only theacademic work is worthwhile. I am in favor of theformer.
對于學生來說，大學是人生的重要階段。大學生的學習是非常重要的。但是，許多學生在課余時間經商。關于這種現象人們見仁見智。許多人認為這樣做是有意義的。而又有些人認為只有學習才是正確的。我同意前者的觀點。
Doing business at college has got more advantages than disadvantages. The first reason is thatby doing business at college, students can earn some money to pay for their study. This issometimes very important in that it could be of great help to their parents. Secondly, doingbusiness is a good social practice. What they have learned in class should be put into practicebefore it becomes useful knowledge. Those who have gained some experience at college in thefield of business will prove more competitive in getting employed after graduation. Of course,one can not ignore the fact that doing business is quite risky sometimes. If you are a greenhand, you may lose money instead of making profits. Moreover, it takes a lot of time andenergy. A good balance between academic work and business is vital, for at college the firstpriorityis always academic development for all.
大學經商利大于弊。首先，學生能夠掙取學費。這非常重要，因為這將讓父母減輕壓力。第二，經商對于社會技能非常重要。學生學習的知識應該應用到實踐當中。那些在大學獲得經商經驗的學生，他們畢業之后將會變得更有競爭力。當然，有時經商也是存在風險的，這是無法否認的。如果你是一位新手，你可能會有賠錢的風險。而且，經商會花費學生許多的時間和精力。學生應該在經商和學習之間掌握平衡，這是非常重要的，對于大學生來說，學習還是他們的第一要務。
From the above mentioned points, we can conclude that doing business at college isworthwhile only if one can keep a good balance between study and business.
