At a news conference for the meeting of the BRICS Ministers of Foreign Affairs, Chinese Foreign Minister Wang Yi introduced the concept of "BRICS plus".
在金磚國家外長會晤記者會上，中國外交部長王毅介紹了"金磚+"的概念。
王毅表示，"金磚+(BRICS plus)"指的是金磚國家進一步加強與其他發(fā)展中國家和新興經濟體的聯(lián)絡、互動、對話及合作(connections, interaction, dialogue and cooperation)，通過金磚國家合作更好地體現(xiàn)發(fā)展中國家的共同立場和集體意愿(better reflect the common ground and collective will of the developing countries)。
?王毅指出，金磚合作要做新興市場以及發(fā)展中國家團結合作的"助推器"(a propeller for unity and cooperation among emerging markets and developing countries)。金磚國家不僅屬于五國，更屬于所有的新興市場國家和發(fā)展中國家。我們將繼續(xù)秉持開放、包容、合作、共贏的金磚精神(the BRICS spirit of openness, inclusiveness, cooperation and win-win)，倡導不同制度文化相互包容、不同發(fā)展模式互利共贏的合作模式，擴展"朋友圈"(expand our circle of friends)和受益范圍，維護和增進發(fā)展中國家的整體利益和福祉(enhance the overall interests and well-being of developing countries)。
?王毅指出，金磚國家已經建立了全方位、多領域的對話合作機制(all-round, wide-ranging dialogue and cooperation framework)，以年度領導人會晤為引領，包括安全代表、外長等10多個部長級會晤，以及工商理事會、智庫理事會、反恐工作組、網絡工作組等，還在開拓立法機構之間的交流合作。今年是金磚國家合作發(fā)展進程中的重要一年。作為輪值主席國(rotating presidency)，中國愿肩負起開啟金磚國家合作第二個10年的重要使命，與其他四國一道，在協(xié)商一致的基礎上繼續(xù)筑牢和充實政治安全、經濟金融、人文交流三大合作支柱(three cooperation pillars of political security, economy and finance, and people-to-people and cultural exchanges)，積極拓展更多新興領域的合作(expand cooperation in more emerging areas)，同時拓展"金磚+"的對話合作模式，構建廣泛伙伴關系，讓金磚國家合作這棵大樹更加枝繁葉茂，結出更多豐碩的果實。
