The Ministry of Transport issued new draft regulations on car-hailing services. The regulations intend to integrate the online car-hailing services into the taxi management system and raise the access threshold for drivers.

China will build a network of 12,000 charging stations to meet the power demands of 5m electric vehicles by 2020, a National Energy Administration official said Monday.
國家能源局相關負責人12日表示，到2020年，我國將建成1.2萬座充換電站，滿足500萬輛電動汽車充電需求。
此外，我國還將建成充電樁(power poles) 480萬個，新增超過3850座公交車充電站(charging stations for public buses)以及2500座出租車充電站。新建住宅建筑(new residential complexes)應設有充電樁，或為其預留位置(assign space for them)。公共停車場(public parking lots)至少10%的停車位(parking spaces)要有充電裝置。每兩千輛新能源汽車(new energy vehicles, NEV)要配有至少一個公共充電站(public charging station)。
為鼓勵購買新能源汽車，我國還出臺了針對購買的補貼(subsidies)和免稅(tax exemption)政策。為支持充電站的興建，政府還將鼓勵私人投資(private investment)，允許充電站建造商(charger manufacturers)發行企業債券(issue corporate bonds)。
