37：1 （大衛(wèi)的詩(shī)）不要為作惡的，心懷不平，也不要向那行不義的，生出嫉妒。

　　Fret not thyself because of evildoers， neither be thou envious against the workers of iniquity.

　　37：2 因?yàn)樗麄內(nèi)绮菘毂桓钕拢秩缜嗖丝煲萸?/p>

　　For they shall soon be cut down like the grass， and wither as the green herb.

　　37：3 你當(dāng)倚靠耶和華而行善。住在地上，以他的信實(shí)為糧。

　　Trust in the LORD， and do good； so shalt thou dwell in the land， and verily thou shalt be fed.

　　37：4 又要以耶和華為樂。他就將你心里所求的賜給你。

　　Delight thyself also in the LORD： and he shall give thee the desires of thine heart.

　　37：5 當(dāng)將你的事交托耶和華，并倚靠他，他就必成全。

　　Commit thy way unto the LORD； trust also in him； and he shall bring it to pass.

　　37：6 他要使你的公義，如光發(fā)出，使你的公平，明如正午。

　　And he shall bring forth thy righteousness as the light， and thy judgment as the noonday.

　　37：7 你當(dāng)默然倚靠耶和華，耐性等候他。不要因那道路通達(dá)的，和那惡謀成就的，心懷不平。

　　Rest in the LORD， and wait patiently for him： fret not thyself because of him who prospereth in his way， because of the man who bringeth wicked devices to pass.

　　37：8 當(dāng)止住怒氣，離棄忿怒。不要心懷不平，以致作惡。

　　Cease from anger， and forsake wrath： fret not thyself in any wise to do evil.

　　37：9 因?yàn)樽鲪旱模乇患舫Ｎ┯械群蛞腿A的，必承受地土。

　　For evildoers shall be cut off： but those that wait upon the LORD， they shall inherit the earth.

　　37：10 還有片時(shí)，惡人要?dú)w于無(wú)有。你就細(xì)察他的住處，也要?dú)w于無(wú)有。

　　For yet a little while， and the wicked shall not be： yea， thou shalt diligently consider his place， and it shall not be.

　　37：11 但謙卑人必承受地土，以豐盛的平安為樂。

　　But the meek shall inherit the earth； and shall delight themselves in the abundance of peace.

　　37：12 惡人設(shè)謀害義人，又向他咬牙。

　　The wicked plotteth against the just， and gnasheth upon him with his teeth.

　　37：13 主要笑他，因見他受罰的日子將要來(lái)到。

　　The LORD shall laugh at him： for he seeth that his day is coming.

　　37：14 惡人已經(jīng)弓上弦，刀出鞘，要打倒困苦窮乏的人，要?dú)⒑π袆?dòng)正直的人。

　　The wicked have drawn out the sword， and have bent their bow， to cast down the poor and needy， and to slay such as be of upright conversation.

　　37：15 他們的刀，必刺入自己的心，他們的弓，必被折斷。

　　Their sword shall enter into their own heart， and their bows shall be broken.

　　37：16 一個(gè)義人所有的雖少，強(qiáng)過(guò)許多惡人的富馀。

　　A little that a righteous man hath is better than the riches of many wicked.

　　37：17 因?yàn)閻喝说陌虮郏乇徽蹟唷５腿A是扶持義人。

　　For the arms of the wicked shall be broken： but the LORD upholdeth the righteous.

　　37：18 耶和華知道完全人的日子。他們的產(chǎn)業(yè)，要存到永遠(yuǎn)。

　　The LORD knoweth the days of the upright： and their inheritance shall be for ever.

　　37：19 他們?cè)诩彪y的時(shí)候，不至羞愧，在饑荒的日子，必得飽足。

　　They shall not be ashamed in the evil time： and in the days of famine they shall be satisfied.

　　37：20 惡人卻要滅亡。耶和華的仇敵，要像羊羔的脂油。（或作像草地的華美）他們要消滅，要如煙消滅。

　　But the wicked shall perish， and the enemies of the LORD shall be as the fat of lambs： they shall consume； into smoke shall they consume away.

　　37：21 惡人借貨而不償還。義人卻恩待人，并且施舍。

　　The wicked borroweth， and payeth not again： but the righteous sheweth mercy， and giveth.

　　37：22 蒙耶和華賜福的，必承受地土。被他咒詛的，必被剪除。

　　For such as be blessed of him shall inherit the earth； and they that be cursed of him shall be cut off.

　　37：23 義人的腳步，被耶和華立定。他的道路，耶和華也喜愛。

　　The steps of a good man are ordered by the LORD： and he delighteth in his way.

　　37：24 他雖失腳，也不至全身仆倒。因?yàn)橐腿A用手?jǐn)v扶他。（或作攙扶他的手）

　　Though he fall， he shall not be utterly cast down： for the LORD upholdeth him with his hand.

　　37：25 我從前年幼，現(xiàn)在年老，卻未見過(guò)義人被棄。也未見過(guò)他的后裔討飯。

　　I have been young， and now am old； yet have I not seen the righteous forsaken， nor his seed begging bread.

　　37：26 他終日恩待人，借給人。他的后裔也蒙福。

　　He is ever merciful， and lendeth； and his seed is blessed.

　　37：27 你當(dāng)離惡行善，就可永遠(yuǎn)安居。

　　Depart from evil， and do good； and dwell for evermore.

　　37：28 因?yàn)橐腿A喜愛公平，不撇棄他的圣民。他們永蒙保佑。但惡人的后裔，必被剪除。

　　For the LORD loveth judgment， and forsaketh not his saints； they are preserved for ever： but the seed of the wicked shall be cut off.

　　37：29 義人必承受地土，永居其上。

　　The righteous shall inherit the land， and dwell therein for ever.

　　37：30 義人的口談?wù)撝腔郏纳囝^講說(shuō)公平。

　　The mouth of the righteous speaketh wisdom， and his tongue talketh of judgment.

　　37：31 神的律法在他心里。他的腳總不滑跌。

　　The law of his God is in his heart； none of his steps shall slide.

　　37：32 惡人窺探義人，想要?dú)⑺?/p>

　　The wicked watcheth the righteous， and seeketh to slay him.

　　37：33 耶和華必不撇他在惡人手中，當(dāng)審判的時(shí)候，也不定他的罪。

　　The LORD will not leave him in his hand， nor condemn him when he is judged.

　　37：34 你當(dāng)?shù)群蛞腿A，遵守他的道，他就抬舉你，使你承受地土。惡人被剪除的時(shí)候，你必看見。

　　Wait on the LORD， and keep his way， and he shall exalt thee to inherit the land： when the wicked are cut off， thou shalt see it.

　　37：35 我見過(guò)惡人大有勢(shì)力，好像一根青翠樹在本土生發(fā)。

　　I have seen the wicked in great power， and spreading himself like a green bay tree.

　　37：36 有人從那里經(jīng)過(guò)，不料，他沒有了。我也尋梢他，卻尋不著。

　　Yet he passed away， and， lo， he was not： yea， I sought him， but he could not be found.

　　37：37 你要細(xì)察那完全人，觀看那正直人。因?yàn)楹推饺擞泻媒Y(jié)局。

　　Mark the perfect man， and behold the upright： for the end of that man is peace.

　　37：38 至于犯法的人，必一同滅絕。惡人終必剪除。

　　But the transgressors shall be destroyed together： the end of the wicked shall be cut off.

　　37：39 但義人得救，是由于耶和華。他在患難時(shí)作他們的營(yíng)寨。

　　But the salvation of the righteous is of the LORD： he is their strength in the time of trouble.

　　37：40 耶和華幫助他們，解救他們。他解救他們脫離惡人，把他們救出來(lái)，因?yàn)樗麄兺犊克?/p>

　　And the LORD shall help them， and deliver them： he shall deliver them from the wicked， and save them， because they trust in him.
