舊約 -- 詩(shī)篇(Psalms) -- 第46章
46：1 （可拉后裔的詩(shī)歌，交給伶長(zhǎng)，調(diào)用女音）神是我們的避難所，是我們的力量，是我們?cè)诨茧y中隨時(shí)的幫助。
God is our refuge and strength， a very present help in trouble.
46：2 所以地雖改變，山雖搖動(dòng)到海心，Therefore will not we fear， though the earth be removed， and though the mountains be carried into the midst of the sea；
46：3 其中水雖？？訇翻騰，山雖因海漲而戰(zhàn)抖，我們也不害怕。（細(xì)拉）。
Though the waters thereof roar and be troubled， though the mountains shake with the swelling thereof. Selah.
46：4 有一道河。這河的分汊，使神的城歡喜。這城就是至高者居住的圣所。
There is a river， the streams whereof shall make glad the city of God， the holy place of the tabernacles of the most High.
46：5 神在其中。城必不動(dòng)搖。到天一亮，神必幫助這城。
God is in the midst of her； she shall not be moved： God shall help her， and that right early.
46：6 外邦喧囔，列國(guó)動(dòng)搖。神發(fā)聲，地便熔化。
The heathen raged， the kingdoms were moved： he uttered his voice， the earth melted.
46：7 萬(wàn)君之耶和華與我們同在。雅各的神是我們的避難所。（細(xì)拉）。
The LORD of hosts is with us； the God of Jacob is our refuge. Selah.
46：8 你們來看耶和華的作為，看他使地怎樣荒涼。
Come， behold the works of the LORD， what desolations he hath made in the earth.
46：9 他止息刀兵，直到地極。他折弓斷槍，把戰(zhàn)車焚燒在火中。
He maketh wars to cease unto the end of the earth； he breaketh the bow， and cutteth the spear in sunder； he burneth the chariot in the fire.
46：10 你們要休息，要知道我是神。我必在外邦中被尊崇，在遍地上也被尊崇。
Be still， and know that I am God： I will be exalted among the heathen， I will be exalted in the earth.
46：11 萬(wàn)君之耶和華與我們同在。雅各的神，是我們的避難所。
The LORD of hosts is with us； the God of Jacob is our refuge. Selah.
