舊約 -- 詩篇(Psalms) -- 第58章
58：1 （大衛的金詩，交與伶長，調用休要毀壞）世人哪，你們默然不語，真合公義嗎。施行審判，豈按正直嗎。
Do ye indeed speak righteousness， O congregation？ do ye judge uprightly， O ye sons of men？
58：2 不然，你們是心中作惡。你們在地上秤出你們手所行的強暴。
Yea， in heart ye work wickedness； ye weigh the violence of your hands in the earth.
58：3 惡人一出母胎，就與神疏遠。一離母腹，便走錯路，說謊話。
The wicked are estranged from the womb： they go astray as soon as they be born， speaking lies.
58：4 他們的毒氣，好像蛇的毒氣。他們好像塞耳的聾虺，Their poison is like the poison of a serpent： they are like the deaf adder that stoppeth her ear；
58：5 不聽行法術的聲音。雖用極靈的咒語，也是不聽。
Which will not hearken to the voice of charmers， charming never so wisely.
58：6 神阿，求你敲碎他們口中的牙。耶和華阿，求你敲掉少壯獅子的大牙。
Break their teeth， O God， in their mouth： break out the great teeth of the young lions， O LORD.
58：7 愿他們消滅如急流的水一般。他們瞅準射箭的時候，愿箭頭彷佛砍斷。
Let them melt away as waters which run continually： when he bendeth his bow to shoot his arrows， let them be as cut in pieces.
58：8 愿他們像蝸牛消化過去，又像婦人墜落未見天日的胎。
As a snail which melteth， let every one of them pass away： like the untimely birth of a woman， that they may not see the sun.
58：9 你們用荊棘燒火。鍋還未熱，他要用旋風把青的和燒著的一齊刮去。
Before your pots can feel the thorns， he shall take them away as with a whirlwind， both living， and in his wrath.
58：10 義人見仇敵遭報，就歡喜，要在惡人的血中洗腳。
The righteous shall rejoice when he seeth the vengeance： he shall wash his feet in the blood of the wicked.
58：11 因此，人必說，義人誠然有善報。在地上果有施行判斷的神。
So that a man shall say， Verily there is a reward for the righteous： verily he is a God that judgeth in the earth.
