69：1 （大衛的詩，交與伶長，調用百合花）神阿，求你救我。因為眾水要淹沒我。

　　Save me， O God； for the waters are come in unto my soul.

　　69：2 我陷在深淤泥中，沒有立腳之地。我到了深水中。大水漫過我身。

　　I sink in deep mire， where there is no standing： I am come into deep waters， where the floods overflow me.

　　69：3 我因呼求困乏，喉嚨發乾。我因等候神，眼睛失明。

　　I am weary of my crying： my throat is dried： mine eyes fail while I wait for my God.

　　69：4 無故恨我的，比我頭發還多。無理與我為仇，要把我剪除的甚為強盛。我沒有搶奪的，要叫我償還。

　　They that hate me without a cause are more than the hairs of mine head： they that would destroy me， being mine enemies wrongfully， are mighty： then I restored that which I took not away.

　　69：5 神阿，我的愚昧你原知道。我的罪愆不能隱瞞。

　　O God， thou knowest my foolishness； and my sins are not hid from thee.

　　69：6 萬軍的主耶和華阿，求你叫那等候你的，不要因我蒙羞。以色列的神阿，求你叫那尋求你的，不要因我受辱。

　　Let not them that wait on thee， O Lord GOD of hosts， be ashamed for my sake： let not those that seek thee be confounded for my sake， O God of Israel.

　　69：7 因我為你的緣故受了辱罵，滿面羞愧。

　　Because for thy sake I have borne reproach； shame hath covered my face.

　　69：8 我的弟兄看我為外路人。我的同胞看我為外邦人。

　　I am become a stranger unto my brethren， and an alien unto my mother's children.

　　69：9 因我為你的殿心里焦急，如同火燒。并且辱罵你人的辱罵，都落在我身上。

　　For the zeal of thine house hath eaten me up； and the reproaches of them that reproached thee are fallen upon me.

　　69：10 我哭泣，以禁食刻苦我心，這倒算為我的羞辱。

　　When I wept， and chastened my soul with fasting， that was to my reproach.

　　69：11 我拿麻布當衣裳。就成了他們的笑談。

　　I made sackcloth also my garment； and I became a proverb to them.

　　69：12 坐在城門口的談論我。酒徒也以我為歌曲。

　　They that sit in the gate speak against me； and I was the song of the drunkards.

　　69：13 但我在悅納的時候，向你耶和華祈禱。神阿，求你按你豐盛的慈愛，憑你拯救的誠實，應允我。

　　But as for me， my prayer is unto thee， O LORD， in an acceptable time： O God， in the multitude of thy mercy hear me， in the truth of thy salvation.

　　69：14 求你搭救我出離淤泥，不叫我陷在其中。求你使我脫離那些恨我的人，使我出離深水。

　　Deliver me out of the mire， and let me not sink： let me be delivered from them that hate me， and out of the deep waters.

　　69：15 求你不容大水漫過我，不容深淵吞滅我，不容坑坎在我以上合口。

　　Let not the waterflood overflow me， neither let the deep swallow me up， and let not the pit shut her mouth upon me.

　　69：16 耶和華阿，求你應允我，因為你的慈愛本為美好。求你按你豐盛的慈悲，回轉眷顧我。

　　Hear me， O LORD； for thy lovingkindness is good： turn unto me according to the multitude of thy tender mercies.

　　69：17 不要掩面不顧你的仆人。我是在急難之中。求你速速的應允我。

　　And hide not thy face from thy servant； for I am in trouble： hear me speedily.

　　69：18 求你親近我，救贖我。求你因我的仇敵把我贖回。

　　Draw nigh unto my soul， and redeem it： deliver me because of mine enemies.

　　69：19 你知道我受的辱罵，欺凌，羞辱。我的敵人都在你面前。

　　Thou hast known my reproach， and my shame， and my dishonour： mine adversaries are all before thee.

　　69：20 辱罵傷破了我的心。我又滿了憂愁。我指望有人體恤，卻沒有一個。我指望有人安慰，卻找不著一個。

　　Reproach hath broken my heart； and I am full of heaviness： and I looked for some to take pity， but there was none； and for comforters， but I found none.

　　69：21 他們拿苦膽給我當食物。我渴了，他們拿醋給我喝。

　　They gave me also gall for my meat； and in my thirst they gave me vinegar to drink.

　　69：22 愿他們的筵席，在他們面前變為網羅，在他們平安的時候，變為機檻。

　　Let their table become a snare before them： and that which should have been for their welfare， let it become a trap.

　　69：23 愿他們的眼睛昏蒙，不得看見。愿你使他們的腰常常戰抖。

　　Let their eyes be darkened， that they see not； and make their loins continually to shake.

　　69：24 求你將你的惱恨，倒在他們身上，叫你的烈怒追上他們。

　　Pour out thine indignation upon them， and let thy wrathful anger take hold of them.

　　69：25 愿他們的住處，變為荒場。愿他們的帳棚，無人居住。

　　Let their habitation be desolate； and let none dwell in their tents.

　　69：26 因為你所擊打的，他們就逼迫。你所擊傷的他們戲說他的愁苦。

　　For they persecute him whom thou hast smitten； and they talk to the grief of those whom thou hast wounded.

　　69：27 愿你在他們的罪上加罪，不容他們在你面前稱義。

　　Add iniquity unto their iniquity： and let them not come into thy righteousness.

　　69：28 愿他們從生命冊上被涂抹，不得記錄在義人之中。

　　Let them be blotted out of the book of the living， and not be written with the righteous.

　　69：29 但我是困苦憂傷的。神阿，你的救恩，將我安置在高處。

　　But I am poor and sorrowful： let thy salvation， O God， set me up on high.

　　69：30 我要以詩歌贊美神的名，以感謝稱他為大。

　　I will praise the name of God with a song， and will magnify him with thanksgiving.

　　69：31 這便叫耶和華喜悅，勝似獻牛，或是獻有角有蹄的公牛。

　　This also shall please the LORD better than an ox or bullock that hath horns and hoofs.

　　69：32 謙卑的人看見了，就喜樂。尋求神的人，愿你們的心蘇醒。

　　The humble shall see this， and be glad： and your heart shall live that seek God.

　　69：33 因為耶和華聽了窮乏人，不藐視被囚的人。

　　For the LORD heareth the poor， and despiseth not his prisoners.

　　69：34 愿天和地，洋海，和其中一切的動物，都贊美他。

　　Let the heaven and earth praise him， the seas， and every thing that moveth therein.

　　69：35 因為神要拯救錫安，建造猶大的城邑。他的民要在那里居住，得以為業。

　　For God will save Zion， and will build the cities of Judah： that they may dwell there， and have it in possession.

　　69：36 他仆人的后裔，要承受為業。愛他名的人，也要住在其中。

　　The seed also of his servants shall inherit it： and they that love his name shall dwell therein.
