15：1 過了些日子，到割麥子的時候，參孫帶著一只山羊羔去看他的妻，說，我要進內室見我的妻。他岳父不容他進去，But it came to pass within a while after， in the time of wheat harvest， that Samson visited his wife with a kid； and he said， I will go in to my wife into the chamber. But her father would not suffer him to go in.

　　15：2 說，我估定你是極其恨她，因此我將她給了你的陪伴。她的妹子不是比她還美麗嗎。你可以娶來代替她吧。

　　And her father said， I verily thought that thou hadst utterly hated her； therefore I gave her to thy companion： is not her younger sister fairer than she？ take her， I pray thee， instead of her.

　　15：3 參孫說，這回我加害于非利士人不算有罪。

　　And Samson said concerning them， Now shall I be more blameless than the Philistines， though I do them a displeasure.

　　15：4 于是參孫去捉了三百只狐貍（或作野狗），將狐貍尾巴一對一對地捆上，將火把捆在兩條尾巴中間，And Samson went and caught three hundred foxes， and took firebrands， and turned tail to tail， and put a firebrand in the midst between two tails.

　　15：5 點著火把，就放狐貍進入非利士人站著的禾稼，將堆集的禾捆和未割的禾稼，并橄欖園盡都燒了。

　　And when he had set the brands on fire， he let them go into the standing corn of the Philistines， and burnt up both the shocks， and also the standing corn， with the vineyards and olives.

　　15：6 非利士人說，這事是誰作的呢。有人說，是亭拿人的女婿參孫，因為他岳父將他的妻給了他的陪伴。于是非利士人上去，用火燒了婦人和她的父親。

　　Then the Philistines said， Who hath done this？ And they answered， Samson， the son in law of the Timnite， because he had taken his wife， and given her to his companion. And the Philistines came up， and burnt her and her father with fire.

　　15：7 參孫對非利士人說，你們既然這樣行，我必向你們報仇才肯吧休。

　　And Samson said unto them， Though ye have done this， yet will I be avenged of you， and after that I will cease.

　　15：8 參孫就大大擊殺他們，連腿帶腰都砍斷了。他便下去，住在以坦磐的穴內。

　　And he smote them hip and thigh with a great slaughter： and he went down and dwelt in the top of the rock Etam.

　　15：9 非利士人上去安營在猶大，布散在利希。

　　Then the Philistines went up， and pitched in Judah， and spread themselves in Lehi.

　　15：10 猶大人說，你們為何上來攻擊我們呢。他們說，我們上來是要捆綁參孫。他向我們怎樣行，我們也要向他怎樣行。

　　And the men of Judah said， Why are ye come up against us？ And they answered， To bind Samson are we come up， to do to him as he hath done to us.

　　15：11 于是有三千猶大人下到以坦磐的穴內，對參孫說，非利士人轄制我們，你不知道嗎。你向我們行的是什么事呢。他回答說，他們向我怎樣行，我也要向他們怎樣行。

　　Then three thousand men of Judah went to the top of the rock Etam， and said to Samson， Knowest thou not that the Philistines are rulers over us？ what is this that thou hast done unto us？ And he said unto them， As they did unto me， so have I done unto them.

　　15：12 猶大人對他說，我們下來是要捆綁你，將你交在非利士人手中。參孫說，你們要向我起誓，應承你們自己不害死我。

　　And they said unto him， We are come down to bind thee， that we may deliver thee into the hand of the Philistines. And Samson said unto them， Swear unto me， that ye will not fall upon me yourselves.

　　15：13 他們說，我們斷不殺你，只要將你捆綁交在非利士人手中。于是用兩條新繩捆綁參孫，將他從以坦磐帶上去。

　　And they spake unto him， saying， No； but we will bind thee fast， and deliver thee into their hand： but surely we will not kill thee. And they bound him with two new cords， and brought him up from the rock.

　　15：14 參孫到了利希，非利士人都迎著喧囔。耶和華的靈大大感動參孫，他臂上的繩就像火燒的麻一樣，他的綁繩都從他手上脫落下來。

　　And when he came unto Lehi， the Philistines shouted against him： and the Spirit of the LORD came mightily upon him， and the cords that were upon his arms became as flax that was burnt with fire， and his bands loosed from off his hands.

　　15：15 他見一塊未乾的驢腮骨，就伸手拾起來，用以擊殺一千人。

　　And he found a new jawbone of an ass， and put forth his hand， and took it， and slew a thousand men therewith.

　　15：16 參孫說，我用驢腮骨殺人成堆，用驢腮骨殺了一千人。

　　And Samson said， With the jawbone of an ass， heaps upon heaps， with the jaw of an ass have I slain a thousand men.

　　15：17 說完這話，就把那腮骨從手里拋出去了。那地便叫拉末利希。

　　And it came to pass， when he had made an end of speaking， that he cast away the jawbone out of his hand， and called that place Ramathlehi.

　　15：18 參孫甚覺口渴，就求告耶和華說，你既藉仆人的手施行這嗎大的拯救，豈可任我渴死，落在未受割禮的人手中呢。

　　And he was sore athirst， and called on the LORD， and said， Thou hast given this great deliverance into the hand of thy servant： and now shall I die for thirst， and fall into the hand of the uncircumcised？

　　15：19 神就使利希的洼處裂開，有水從其中涌出來。參孫喝了精神復原。因此那泉名叫隱哈歌利，那泉直到今日還在利希。

　　But God clave an hollow place that was in the jaw， and there came water thereout； and when he had drunk， his spirit came again， and he revived： wherefore he called the name thereof Enhakkore， which is in Lehi unto this day.

　　15：20 當非利士人轄制以色列人的時候，參孫作以色列的士師二十年。

　　And he judged Israel in the days of the Philistines twenty years.
