舊約 -- 西番雅書(Zephaniah) -- 第3章
3：1 這悖逆，污穢，欺壓的城，有禍了。
Woe to her that is filthy and polluted， to the oppressing city！
3：2 她不聽從命令，不領受訓誨，不倚靠耶和華，不親近她的神。
She obeyed not the voice； she received not correction； she trusted not in the LORD； she drew not near to her God.
3：3 她中間的首領是咆哮的獅子。她的審判官是晚上的豺狼，一點食物也不留到早晨。
Her princes within her are roaring lions； her judges are evening wolves； they gnaw not the bones till the morrow.
3：4 她的先知是虛浮詭詐的人。她的祭司褻瀆圣所，強解律法。
Her prophets are light and treacherous persons： her priests have polluted the sanctuary， they have done violence to the law.
3：5 耶和華在她中間是公義的，斷不做非義的事，每早晨顯明他的公義，無日不然。只是不義的人不知羞恥。
The just LORD is in the midst thereof； he will not do iniquity： every morning doth he bring his judgment to light， he faileth not； but the unjust knoweth no shame.
3：6 我耶和華已經除滅列國的民。他們的城樓毀壞。我使他們的街道荒涼，以致無人經過。他們的城邑毀滅，以致無人，也無居民。
I have cut off the nations： their towers are desolate； I made their streets waste， that none passeth by： their cities are destroyed， so that there is no man， that there is none inhabitant.
3：7 我說，你只要敬畏我，領受訓誨。如此，你的住處，不致照我所擬定的除滅。只是你們從早起來，就在一切事上敗壞自己。
I said， Surely thou wilt fear me， thou wilt receive instruction； so their dwelling should not be cut off， howsoever I punished them： but they rose early， and corrupted all their doings.
3：8 耶和華說，你們要等候我，直到我興起擄掠的日子，因為我已定意招聚列國，聚集列邦，將我的惱怒，就是我的烈怒，都傾在她們身上。我的忿怒如火，必燒滅全地。
Therefore wait ye upon me， saith the LORD， until the day that I rise up to the prey： for my determination is to gather the nations， that I may assemble the kingdoms， to pour upon them mine indignation， even all my fierce anger： for all the earth shall be devoured with the fire of my jealousy.
3：9 那時，我必使萬民用清潔的言語，好求告我耶和華的名，同心合意地事奉我。
For then will I turn to the people a pure language， that they may all call upon the name of the LORD， to serve him with one consent.
3：10 祈禱我的，就是我所分散的民（原文作女子下同），必從古實河外來，給我獻供物。
From beyond the rivers of Ethiopia my suppliants， even the daughter of my dispersed， shall bring mine offering.
3：11 當那日，你必不因你一切得罪我的事，自覺羞愧。因為那時我必從你中間除掉矜夸高傲之輩，你也不再于我的圣山狂傲。
In that day shalt thou not be ashamed for all thy doings， wherein thou hast transgressed against me： for then I will take away out of the midst of thee them that rejoice in thy pride， and thou shalt no more be haughty because of my holy mountain.
3：12 我卻要在你中間，留下困苦貧寒的民。他們必投靠我耶和華的名。
I will also leave in the midst of thee an afflicted and poor people， and they shall trust in the name of the LORD.
3：13 以色列所剩下的人，必不作罪孽，不說謊言，口中也沒有詭詐的舌頭。而且吃喝躺臥，無人驚嚇。
The remnant of Israel shall not do iniquity， nor speak lies； neither shall a deceitful tongue be found in their mouth： for they shall feed and lie down， and none shall make them afraid.
3：14 錫安的民哪，應當歌唱。以色列阿，應當歡呼。耶路撒冷的民哪，應當滿心歡喜快樂。
Sing， O daughter of Zion； shout， O Israel； be glad and rejoice with all the heart， O daughter of Jerusalem.
3：15 耶和華已經除去你的刑罰，趕出你的仇敵。以色列的王耶和華在你中間，你必不再懼怕災禍。
The LORD hath taken away thy judgments， he hath cast out thine enemy： the king of Israel， even the LORD， is in the midst of thee： thou shalt not see evil any more.
3：16 當那日，必有話向耶路撒冷說，不要懼怕。錫安哪，不要手軟。
In that day it shall be said to Jerusalem， Fear thou not： and to Zion， Let not thine hands be slack.
3：17 耶和華你的神，是施行拯救，大有能力的主，他在你中間必因你歡欣喜樂，默然愛你，且因你喜樂而歡呼。
The LORD thy God in the midst of thee is mighty； he will save， he will rejoice over thee with joy； he will rest in his love， he will joy over thee with singing.
3：18 那些屬你，為無大會愁煩，因你擔當羞辱的，我必聚集他們。
I will gather them that are sorrowful for the solemn assembly， who are of thee， to whom the reproach of it was a burden.
3：19 那時，我必罰辦一切苦待你的人，又拯救你瘸腿的。聚集你被趕出的。那些在全地受休辱的，我必使他們得稱贊，有名聲。
Behold， at that time I will undo all that afflict thee： and I will save her that halteth， and gather her that was driven out； and I will get them praise and fame in every land where they have been put to shame.
3：20 那時，我必領你們進來，聚集你們。我使你們被擄之人歸回的時候，就必使你們在地上的萬民中有名聲，得稱贊。這是耶和華說的。
At that time will I bring you again， even in the time that I gather you： for I will make you a name and a praise among all people of the earth， when I turn back your captivity before your eyes， saith the LORD.
