Today, as the development of the electronic products, people like to use the electronic products very much. They count on these products because they are so convenient and funny. So people pay a lot of attention on the electronic products, most people even don’t like to go out and they spend all the day playing the computer games. Staying too much time indoors is not good for people’s health, they need to walk out of the house and take the exercise. It is advised that we should take exercise for an hour everyday. We can take the jogging early in the morning or in the evening, we not only can take in the fresh air, but also can see the different scenery. If we take the regular exercise, we will keep the strong body and when are old, we can go any place we want to. 今天，隨著電子產(chǎn)品的發(fā)展，人們很喜歡使用電子產(chǎn)品。他們依賴于這些產(chǎn)品，因?yàn)殡娮赢a(chǎn)品不僅方便，也很有趣。因此人們把注意力都放在了電子產(chǎn)品，大部分人甚至不喜歡外出，整天呆在家玩電腦游戲。呆在室內(nèi)太長時(shí)間不利于人們的健康，他們需要走出室內(nèi)，參加鍛煉。據(jù)建議，我們應(yīng)該每天鍛煉一個(gè)小時(shí)。我們可以在早上或者傍晚慢跑，不僅可以呼吸新鮮的空氣，也可以看到不同的風(fēng)景。如果我們堅(jiān)持有規(guī)律的鍛煉，就能保持強(qiáng)壯的身體，當(dāng)我們老了，還能去任何想去的地方。
