After being with her all evening, a man couldn't take another minute with the blind date.
Earlier, he had secretly arranged a friend to call him on the phone so he would have an excuse to leave.
When he returned to the table, he lowered his eyes, put a grim expression, said, "I have some bad news. My grandfather just died."
"Thank heavens," the date replied. "If yours hadn't, mine would have had to!"
一男的在和一女的呆了一整晚后，他再也不想在這次相親會面上多花一分鐘了。
之前，他偷偷安排了個朋友給他打電話，他就好有個借口可以抽身走人。
回到桌上后，他垂下眼簾，帶著沉痛地口吻說：“收到個壞消息，我爺爺剛剛去世了。”
“謝天謝地呀，”相親的女方說，“要你爺爺沒去世，我爺爺就得去世了。”
