Hobbies
Almost everyone has a hobby. A hobby can provide us with interest， enjoyment， friendship， knowledge and relaxation. It can be something from which we learn more about ourselves and the world， It helps both manual and mental workers relax after periods of hard work. It also helps improve a person's mental and physical health.
Different people have different hobbies. Some paint pictures， sing pop songs， perform on musical instruments and enjoy collecting coins or stamps； others raise flowers， go fishing， hunt animals or spend their time on sports. Anyone， rich or poor， old or young， sick or healthy， can follow a satisfying hobby.
As for me， I like sports very much. Sometimes I play tennis or badminton or go swimming. Sometimes I exercise alone and go running regularly in the morning. whichever I choose， if I exercise regularly，I will be sure to improve my health.
「評(píng)語」
該文能緊扣題意，語言很流暢。開頭先介紹個(gè)人愛好的益處，然后從總的角度出發(fā)，介紹個(gè)人不同的興趣愛好，最后再過渡到自己。之中運(yùn)用的一些習(xí)慣短語也很恰當(dāng)，如“provide sb. with sth.”。“l(fā)earn about ”。“perform on”等等。
