A Dog and His Reflection
One day a dog with a piece of meat in his mouth was crossing a plank over a stream. As he walked along, he looked into water,and he saw his reflection.
有一天,一只嘴里叼著一塊肉的狗在穿過一塊木板渡過溪流。它邊走邊看著水里,就看見它的倒影。
He thought this was another dog carrying a piece of meat. And he felt he would like to have two pieces.
它以為這是另一只狗叼著一塊肉。它覺得它應該得到兩塊肉。
So he snapped at the reflection in the water, and of course, as he opened his mouth, the piece of meat disappeared quickly.
所以它去咬水中的倒影，當然,他張開了嘴,那塊肉很快就消失了。
