4. 價格條款
價格條款中要包括計價單位，貨幣名稱，單位價格金額和價格術語。比如：￡100. CIF. London each . dozen 這段描述的意思是到倫敦港的到岸價是每打100英鎊。其中，CIF是貿(mào)易術語，是指“到岸價格”，是Cost Insurance and Freight的縮寫。（貿(mào)易術語通常用來解釋貿(mào)易運輸風險轉(zhuǎn)移或者賣方費用問題，共有13種，一般都要加上裝運港或者目的港等的名稱。）
5. Time of Shipment = 裝運時間
裝運時間通常要注明1）限定裝船時間；2）限定最后日期；3）限定日（在收到信用證一段時間內(nèi)，買方在銀行為賣方開具證明，當買方付不到錢時由銀行付款，但開證費用大。）
6. Insurance = 保險條款
保險條款 = 由誰辦理（the insured） + 向誰辦理 （the insurer） + 投保險別 （coverage） + 投保金額 （insurance amount） +（責任條款）
保險包括基本險（general risk）和附加險（additional risks）。基本險用來保證船只安全，是必選的，附加險是用來保證貨物安全，是雙方協(xié)商選的。
必選的基本險按重要性排列為F.P.A. （平安險With Free from Particular Average）、W.P.A. （水漬險With Free from Water Average）和 A.R. （一切險All Risks）。
常見的附加險也分為一般附加險（general additional risk）和特殊附加險（Special additional risk）。
一般附加險包括以下幾種：
1） Theft, Pilferage and Non-Delivering Risk （T.P.N.D.） 偷竊提貨不著險
2） Fresh Water and Rain Damage Risk 淡水雨淋險
3） Shortage Risk 短量險
4） Intermixture and Contamination Risk 混雜玷污險
5） Leakage Risk 滲漏險
6） Clash and Breakage Risk 碰損破碎險
7） Taint of Odor Risk 串味險
8） Sweat and Heating Risk 受潮受熱險
9） Hook Damage Risk 鉤損險
10）Breakage of Packing Risk 包裝破損險
11）Rust Risk 銹損險
特殊附加險包括以下幾種：
1） War Risk 戰(zhàn)爭險
2） Strike Risk 罷工險
3） On Deck Risk 艙面險
4） Import Duty Risk 進口關稅險
5） Failure to Deliver Risk 交貨不到險
6） Rejection Risk 拒收險
7） Aflataxion Risk 黃曲霉素險 （指花生、大豆等發(fā)霉。）
通常保險條款要寫成：Sb. insure the goods with 承保人 against 險種 for / on % of the invoice value.
比如：買方委托賣方按發(fā)票全額的120%投保水漬險和偷竊提貨不到險，保險費由買方承擔。The Buyer hereby / will entrust the Seller to insure the good against W.P.A. and T.P.N.D. for 120% of the invoice value. The insurance premium should be borne by the Buyer.
