I’m feeling very sad today and can not come to work.The doctor advised me to stay in bed for a few days.Now I’m writing to ask for sick leave of three days.I’ll come back to work as soon as I feel better.

一般用于熟人之間在某一場合直接留言。留言時往往簡明扼要，格式也較簡單。日期可寫年、月、日，也可寫星期幾、上下午，或幾點鐘。名字一般只用姓或名，如雙方不熟悉，也可用全名。語言特點是用詞隨便通俗，比較接近口語。如：3 p.m.Oct.4
