在托?？荚囍校绕涫强谡Z和寫作部分，經常會考到如Do you prefer to live in the rural area or big cities?這類討論住宿的題目。今天我們就來整理一下與“住”有關的表達，一方面有利于考生們準備托?？荚嚕硪环矫嬉彩菍τ趪饬魧W生活的預熱。
第一，各種住宿場所Types of Accommodation
大型旅館：一般而言，hotel的住宿費用(room charge)比較高，從經濟型每晚70美元到五星級每晚200多美元不等，完全看個人的預算及喜好而定。
中小型旅館：原則上屬于中等價位，但也有一些地方打著Inn的招牌，但里頭卻裝潢得美輪美奐，不下于一般的hotel，所費當然不菲嘍!
郊外度假旅館(lodge)：多半位于風景區，費用也不會太低。
汽車旅館(Motel)：專供開車旅游的人投宿，多半位于公路旁邊，設備較差又欠缺管理，住宿費用不會太高。
青年旅社(youth hostel)：收費低廉，許多國家都提供這樣的住宿場所。
