舊約 -- 詩篇(Psalms) -- 第73章
73：1 （亞薩的詩）神實在恩待以色列那些清心的人。
Truly God is good to Israel， even to such as are of a clean heart.
73：2 至于我，我的腳幾乎失閃。我的腳險些滑跌。
But as for me， my feet were almost gone； my steps had well nigh slipped.
73：3 我見惡人和狂傲人享平安，就心懷不平。
For I was envious at the foolish， when I saw the prosperity of the wicked.
73：4 他們死的時候，沒有疼痛。他們的力氣，卻也壯實。
For there are no bands in their death： but their strength is firm.
73：5 他們不像別人受苦，也不像別人遭災。
They are not in trouble as other men； neither are they plagued like other men.
73：6 所以驕傲如鏈子戴在他們的項上。強暴像衣裳遮住他們的身體。
Therefore pride compasseth them about as a chain； violence covereth them as a garment.
73：7 他們的眼睛，因體胖而凸出。他們所得的，過于心里所想的。
Their eyes stand out with fatness： they have more than heart could wish.
73：8 他們譏笑人，憑惡意說欺壓人的話。他們說話自高。
They are corrupt， and speak wickedly concerning oppression： they speak loftily.
73：9 他們的口褻瀆上天，他們的舌毀謗全地。
They set their mouth against the heavens， and their tongue walketh through the earth.
73：10 所以神的民歸到這里，喝盡了滿杯的苦水。
Therefore his people return hither： and waters of a full cup are wrung out to them.
73：11 他們說，神怎能曉得。至高者豈有知識呢。
And they say， How doth God know？ and is there knowledge in the most High？
73：12 看哪，這就是惡人。他們既是常享安逸，財寶便加增。
Behold， these are the ungodly， who prosper in the world； they increase in riches.
73：13 我實在徒然潔凈了我的心，徒然洗手表明無辜。
Verily I have cleansed my heart in vain， and washed my hands in innocency.
73：14 因為我終日遭災難，每早晨受懲治。
For all the day long have I been plagued， and chastened every morning.
73：15 我若說，我要這樣講，這就是以奸詐待你的眾子。
If I say， I will speak thus； behold， I should offend against the generation of thy children.
73：16 我思索怎能明白這事，眼看實系為難。
When I thought to know this， it was too painful for me；
73：17 等我進了神的圣所，思想他們的結局。
Until I went into the sanctuary of God； then understood I their end.
73：18 你實在把他們安在滑地，使他們掉在沉淪之中。
Surely thou didst set them in slippery places： thou castedst them down into destruction.
73：19 他們轉眼之間，成了何等的荒涼。他們被驚恐滅盡了。
How are they brought into desolation， as in a moment！ they are utterly consumed with terrors.
73：20 人睡醒了怎樣看夢，主阿，你醒了，也必照樣輕看他們的影像。
As a dream when one awaketh； so， O Lord， when thou awakest， thou shalt despise their image.
73：21 因而我心里發(fā)酸，肺腑被刺。
Thus my heart was grieved， and I was pricked in my reins.
73：22 我這樣愚昧無知，在你面前如畜類一般。
So foolish was I， and ignorant： I was as a beast before thee.
73：23 然而我常與你同在。你攙著我的右手。
Nevertheless I am continually with thee： thou hast holden me by my right hand.
73：24 你要以你的訓言引導我，以后必接我到榮耀里。
Thou shalt guide me with thy counsel， and afterward receive me to glory.
73：25 除你以外，在天上我有誰呢。除你以外，在地上我也沒有所愛慕的。
Whom have I in heaven but thee？ and there is none upon earth that I desire beside thee.
73：26 我的肉體，和我的心腸衰殘。但神是我心里的力量，又是我的福分，直到永遠。
My flesh and my heart faileth： but God is the strength of my heart， and my portion for ever.
73：27 遠離你的，必要死亡。凡離棄你行邪淫的，你都滅絕了。
For， lo， they that are far from thee shall perish： thou hast destroyed all them that go a whoring from thee.
73：28 但我親近神是與我有益。我以主耶和華為我的避難所，好叫我述說你一切的作為。
But it is good for me to draw near to God： I have put my trust in the Lord GOD， that I may declare all thy works.
