舊約 -- 約伯記(Job) -- 第18章
18：1 書亞人比勒達(dá)回答說(shuō)，Then answered Bildad the Shuhite， and said，
18：2 你尋索言語(yǔ)要到幾時(shí)呢。你可以揣摩思想，然后我們就說(shuō)話。
How long will it be ere ye make an end of words？ mark， and afterwards we will speak.
18：3 我們?yōu)楹嗡銥樾笊谀阊壑锌醋魑鄯x呢。
Wherefore are we counted as beasts， and reputed vile in your sight？
18：4 你這惱怒將自己撕裂的，難道大地為你見(jiàn)棄，磐石挪開(kāi)原處嗎。
He teareth himself in his anger： shall the earth be forsaken for thee？ and shall the rock be removed out of his place？
18：5 惡人的亮光必要熄滅。他的火焰必不照耀。
Yea， the light of the wicked shall be put out， and the spark of his fire shall not shine.
18：6 他帳棚中的亮光要變?yōu)楹诎怠Ｋ陨系臒粢脖叵纭?/p>
The light shall be dark in his tabernacle， and his candle shall be put out with him.
18：7 他堅(jiān)強(qiáng)的腳步必見(jiàn)狹窄。自己的計(jì)謀必將他絆倒。
The steps of his strength shall be straitened， and his own counsel shall cast him down.
18：8 因?yàn)樗蛔约旱哪_陷入網(wǎng)中，走在纏人的網(wǎng)羅上。
For he is cast into a net by his own feet， and he walketh upon a snare.
18：9 圈套必抓住他的腳跟。機(jī)關(guān)必擒獲他。
The gin shall take him by the heel， and the robber shall prevail against him.
18：10 活扣為他藏在土內(nèi)。羈絆為他藏在路上。
The snare is laid for him in the ground， and a trap for him in the way.
18：11 四面的驚嚇要使他害怕，并且追趕他的腳跟。
Terrors shall make him afraid on every side， and shall drive him to his feet.
18：12 他的力量必因饑餓衰敗，禍患要在他旁邊等候。
His strength shall be hungerbitten， and destruction shall be ready at his side.
18：13 他本身的肢體要被吞吃，死亡的長(zhǎng)子要吞吃他的肢體。
It shall devour the strength of his skin： even the firstborn of death shall devour his strength.
18：14 他要從所倚靠的帳棚被拔出來(lái)，帶到驚嚇的王那里。
His confidence shall be rooted out of his tabernacle， and it shall bring him to the king of terrors.
18：15 不屬他的必住在他的帳棚里。硫磺必撒在他所住之處。
It shall dwell in his tabernacle， because it is none of his： brimstone shall be scattered upon his habitation.
18：16 下邊，他的根本要枯乾。上邊，他的枝子要剪除。
His roots shall be dried up beneath， and above shall his branch be cut off.
18：17 他的記念在地上必然滅亡。他的名字在街上也不存留。
His remembrance shall perish from the earth， and he shall have no name in the street.
18：18 他必從光明中被攆到黑暗里，必被趕出世界。
He shall be driven from light into darkness， and chased out of the world.
18：19 在本民中必?zé)o子無(wú)孫。在寄居之地也無(wú)一人存留。
He shall neither have son nor nephew among his people， nor any remaining in his dwellings.
18：20 以后來(lái)的要驚奇他的日子，好像以前去的受了驚駭。
They that come after him shall be astonied at his day， as they that went before were affrighted.
18：21 不義之人的住處總是這樣。此乃不認(rèn)識(shí)神之人的地步。
Surely such are the dwellings of the wicked， and this is the place of him that knoweth not God.
