142：1 （大衛(wèi)在洞里作的訓(xùn)誨詩(shī)，乃是祈禱）我發(fā)聲哀告耶和華，發(fā)聲懇求耶和華。
I cried unto the LORD with my voice； with my voice unto the LORD did I make my supplication.
142：2 我在他面前吐露我的苦情，陳說我的患難。
I poured out my complaint before him； I shewed before him my trouble.
142：3 我的靈在我里面發(fā)昏的時(shí)候，你知道我的道路。在我行的路上，敵人為我暗設(shè)網(wǎng)羅。
When my spirit was overwhelmed within me， then thou knewest my path. In the way wherein I walked have they privily laid a snare for me.
142：4 求你向我右邊觀看，因?yàn)闆]有人認(rèn)識(shí)我。我無處避難，也沒有人眷顧我。
I looked on my right hand， and beheld， but there was no man that would know me： refuge failed me； no man cared for my soul.
142：5 耶和華阿，我曾向你哀求。我說，你是我的避難所。在活人之地，你是我的福分。
I cried unto thee， O LORD： I said， Thou art my refuge and my portion in the land of the living.
142：6 求你側(cè)耳聽我的呼求，因我落到極卑之地。求你救我脫離逼迫我的人，因?yàn)樗麄儽任覐?qiáng)盛。
Attend unto my cry； for I am brought very low： deliver me from my persecutors； for they are stronger than I.
142：7 求你領(lǐng)我出離被囚之地，我好稱贊你的名。義人必環(huán)繞我，因?yàn)槟闶怯煤穸鞔摇?/p>
Bring my soul out of prison， that I may praise thy name： the righteous shall compass me about； for thou shalt deal bountifully with me.
