舊約 -- 以賽亞書(Isaiah) -- 第35章
35：1 曠野和乾旱之地，必然歡喜。沙漠也必快樂。又像玫瑰開花。
The wilderness and the solitary place shall be glad for them； and the desert shall rejoice， and blossom as the rose.
35：2 必開花繁盛，樂上加樂，而且歡呼。黎巴嫩的榮耀，并迦密與沙侖的華美，必賜給他。人必看見耶和華的榮耀，我們神的華美。
It shall blossom abundantly， and rejoice even with joy and singing： the glory of Lebanon shall be given unto it， the excellency of Carmel and Sharon， they shall see the glory of the LORD， and the excellency of our God.
35：3 你們要使軟弱的手堅壯，無力的膝穩固。
Strengthen ye the weak hands， and confirm the feeble knees.
35：4 對膽怯的人說，你們要剛強，不要懼怕。看哪，你們的神必來報仇，必來施行極大的報應，他必來拯救你們。
Say to them that are of a fearful heart， Be strong， fear not： behold， your God will come with vengeance， even God with a recompence； he will come and save you.
35：5 那時瞎子的眼必睜開，聾子的耳必開通。
Then the eyes of the blind shall be opened， and the ears of the deaf shall be unstopped.
35：6 那時瘸子必跳躍像鹿，啞吧的舌頭必能歌唱。在曠野必有水發出，在沙漠必有河涌流。
Then shall the lame man leap as an hart， and the tongue of the dumb sing： for in the wilderness shall waters break out， and streams in the desert.
35：7 發光的沙，（或作蜃樓）要變為水池，乾渴之地，要變為泉源。在野狗躺臥之處，必有青草，蘆葦，和蒲草。
And the parched ground shall become a pool， and the thirsty land springs of water： in the habitation of dragons， where each lay， shall be grass with reeds and rushes.
35：8 在那里必有一條大道，稱為圣路。污穢人不得經過，必專為贖民行走，行路的人雖愚昧，也不至失迷。
And an highway shall be there， and a way， and it shall be called The way of holiness； the unclean shall not pass over it； but it shall be for those： the wayfaring men， though fools， shall not err therein.
35：9 在那里必沒有獅子，猛獸也不登這路，在那里都遇不見。只有贖民在那里行走。
No lion shall be there， nor any ravenous beast shall go up thereon， it shall not be found there； but the redeemed shall walk there：
35：10 并且耶和華救贖的民必歸回，歌唱來到錫安。永樂必歸到他們的頭上，他們必得著歡喜快樂，憂愁嘆息盡都逃避。
And the ransomed of the LORD shall return， and come to Zion with songs and everlasting joy upon their heads： they shall obtain joy and gladness， and sorrow and sighing shall flee away.
