14：1 你們心里不要憂愁。你們信神，也當信我。

　　Let not your heart be troubled： ye believe in God， believe also in me.

　　14：2 在我父的家里，有許多住處。若是沒有，我就早已告訴你們了。我去原是為你們預備地方去。

　　In my Father's house are many mansions： if it were not so， I would have told you. I go to prepare a place for you.

　　14：3 我若去為你們預備了地方，就必再來接你們到我那里去，我在那里，叫你們也在那里。

　　And if I go and prepare a place for you， I will come again， and receive you unto myself； that where I am， there ye may be also.

　　14：4 我往那里去，你們知道。那條路，你們也知道。（有古卷作我往那里去你們知道那條路）

　　And whither I go ye know， and the way ye know.

　　14：5 多馬對他說，主阿，我們不知道你往那里去，怎嗎知道那條路呢。

　　Thomas saith unto him， Lord， we know not whither thou goest； and how can we know the way？

　　14：6 耶穌說，我就是道路，真理，生命。若不藉著我。沒有人能到父那里去。

　　Jesus saith unto him， I am the way， the truth， and the life： no man cometh unto the Father， but by me.

　　14：7 你們?nèi)粽J識我，也就認識我的父。從今以后，你們認識他，并且已經(jīng)看見他。

　　If ye had known me， ye should have known my Father also： and from henceforth ye know him， and have seen him.

　　14：8 腓力對他說，求主將父顯給我們看，我們就知足了。

　　Philip saith unto him， Lord， shew us the Father， and it sufficeth us.

　　14：9 耶穌對他說，腓力，我與你們同在這樣長久，你還不認識我嗎。人看見了我，就是看見了父。你怎嗎說，將父顯給我們看呢。

　　Jesus saith unto him， Have I been so long time with you， and yet hast thou not known me， Philip？ he that hath seen me hath seen the Father； and how sayest thou then， Shew us the Father？

　　14：10 我在父里面，父在我里面，你不信嗎。我對你們所說的話，不是憑著自己說的，乃是住在我里面的父作他自己的事。

　　Believest thou not that I am in the Father， and the Father in me？ the words that I speak unto you I speak not of myself： but the Father that dwelleth in me， he doeth the works.

　　14：11 你們當信我，我在父里面，父在我里面。既或不信，也當因我所作的事信我。

　　Believe me that I am in the Father， and the Father in me： or else believe me for the very works' sake.

　　14：12 我實實在在的告訴你們，我所作的事，信我的人也要作。并且要作比這更大的事。因為我往父那里去。

　　Verily， verily， I say unto you， He that believeth on me， the works that I do shall he do also； and greater works than these shall he do； because I go unto my Father.

　　14：13 你們奉我的名，無論求什么，我必成就，叫父因子得榮耀。

　　And whatsoever ye shall ask in my name， that will I do， that the Father may be glorified in the Son.

　　14：14 你們?nèi)舴钗业拿笫裁?，我必成就?/p>

　　If ye shall ask any thing in my name， I will do it.

　　14：15 你們?nèi)魫畚遥捅刈袷匚业拿睢?/p>

　　If ye love me， keep my commandments.

　　14：16 我要求父，父就另外賜給你們一位?；輲?，（或作訓慰師下同）叫他永遠與你們同在。

　　And I will pray the Father， and he shall give you another Comforter， that he may abide with you for ever；

　　14：17 就是真理的圣靈，乃世人不能接受的。因為不見他，也不認識他。你們卻認識他。因他常與你們同在，也要在你們里面。

　　Even the Spirit of truth； whom the world cannot receive， because it seeth him not， neither knoweth him： but ye know him； for he dwelleth with you， and shall be in you.

　　14：18 我不撇下你們?yōu)楣聝海冶氐侥銈冞@里來。

　　I will not leave you comfortless： I will come to you.

　　14：19 還有不多的時候，世人不再看見我。你們卻看見我。因為我活著，你們也活著。

　　Yet a little while， and the world seeth me no more； but ye see me： because I live， ye shall live also.

　　14：20 到那日，你們就知道我在父里面，你們在我里面，我也在你們里面。

　　At that day ye shall know that I am in my Father， and ye in me， and I in you.

　　14：21 有了我的命令又遵守的，這人就是愛我的。愛我的必蒙我父愛他，我也要愛他，并且要向他顯現(xiàn)。

　　He that hath my commandments， and keepeth them， he it is that loveth me： and he that loveth me shall be loved of my Father， and I will love him， and will manifest myself to him.

　　14：22 猶大（不是加略人猶大）問耶穌說，主阿，為什么要向我們顯現(xiàn)，不向世人顯現(xiàn)呢。

　　Judas saith unto him， not Iscariot， Lord， how is it that thou wilt manifest thyself unto us， and not unto the world？

　　14：23 耶穌回答說，人若愛我，就必遵守我的道。我父也必愛他，并且我們要到他那里去，與他同住。

　　Jesus answered and said unto him， If a man love me， he will keep my words： and my Father will love him， and we will come unto him， and make our abode with him.

　　14：24 不愛我的人就不遵守我的道。你們所聽見的道不是我的，乃是差我來之父的道。

　　He that loveth me not keepeth not my sayings： and the word which ye hear is not mine， but the Father's which sent me.

　　14：25 我還與你們同住的時候，已將這些話對你們說了。

　　These things have I spoken unto you， being yet present with you.

　　14：26 但?；輲?，就是父因我的名所要差來的圣靈，他要將一切的事，指教你們，并且要叫你們想起我對你們所說的一切話。

　　But the Comforter， which is the Holy Ghost， whom the Father will send in my name， he shall teach you all things， and bring all things to your remembrance， whatsoever I have said unto you.

　　14：27 我留下平安給你們，我將我的平安賜給你們。我所賜的，不像世人所賜的。你們心里不要憂愁，也不要膽怯。

　　Peace I leave with you， my peace I give unto you： not as the world giveth， give I unto you. Let not your heart be troubled， neither let it be afraid.

　　14：28 你們聽見我對你們說了，我去還要到你們這里來。你們?nèi)魫畚?，因我到父那里去，就必喜樂，因為父是比我大的?/p>

　　Ye have heard how I said unto you， I go away， and come again unto you. If ye loved me， ye would rejoice， because I said， I go unto the Father： for my Father is greater than I.

　　14：29 現(xiàn)在事情還沒有成就，我豫先告訴你們，叫你們到事情成就的時候，就可以信。

　　And now I have told you before it come to pass， that， when it is come to pass， ye might believe.

　　14：30 以后我不再和你們多說話，因為這世界的王將到。他在我里面是毫無所有。

　　Hereafter I will not talk much with you： for the prince of this world cometh， and hath nothing in me.

　　14：31 但要叫世人知道我愛父，并且父怎樣吩咐我，我就怎樣行。起來我們走吧。

　　But that the world may know that I love the Father； and as the Father gave me commandment， even so I do. Arise， let us go hence.
