　　13：1 在上有權(quán)柄的，人人當(dāng)順?lè)Ｒ驗(yàn)闆](méi)有權(quán)柄不是出于神的。凡掌權(quán)的都是神所命的。

　　Let every soul be subject unto the higher powers. For there is no power but of God： the powers that be are ordained of God.

　　13：2 所以抗拒掌權(quán)的，就是抗拒神的命?？咕艿谋刈匀⌒塘PWhosoever therefore resisteth the power， resisteth the ordinance of God： and they that resist shall receive to themselves damnation.

　　13：3 作官的原不是叫行善的懼怕，乃是叫作惡的懼怕。你愿意不懼怕掌權(quán)的嗎。你只要行善，就可得他的稱贊。

　　For rulers are not a terror to good works， but to the evil. Wilt thou then not be afraid of the power？ do that which is good， and thou shalt have praise of the same：

　　13：4 因?yàn)樗巧竦挠萌?，是與你有益的。你若作惡，卻當(dāng)懼怕。因?yàn)樗皇强湛盏呐鍎ΑＫ巧竦挠萌?，是伸冤的，刑罰那作惡的。

　　For he is the minister of God to thee for good. But if thou do that which is evil， be afraid； for he beareth not the sword in vain： for he is the minister of God， a revenger to execute wrath upon him that doeth evil.

　　13：5 所以你們必須順?lè)?，不但是因?yàn)樾塘P，也是因?yàn)榱夹摹?/p>

　　Wherefore ye must needs be subject， not only for wrath， but also for conscience sake.

　　13：6 你們納糧，也為這緣故。因他們是神的差役，常常特管這事。

　　For for this cause pay ye tribute also： for they are God's ministers， attending continually upon this very thing.

　　13：7 凡人所當(dāng)?shù)玫?，就給他。當(dāng)?shù)眉Z的，給他納糧。當(dāng)?shù)枚惖模o他上稅。當(dāng)懼怕的，懼怕他。當(dāng)恭敬的，恭敬他。

　　Render therefore to all their dues： tribute to whom tribute is due； custom to whom custom； fear to whom fear； honour to whom honour.

　　13：8 凡事都不可虧欠人，惟有彼此相愛(ài)，要常以為虧欠。因?yàn)閻?ài)人的就完全了律法。

　　Owe no man any thing， but to love one another： for he that loveth another hath fulfilled the law.

　　13：9 像那不可奸淫，不可殺人，不可偷盜，不可貪婪，或有別的誡命，都包在愛(ài)人如己這一句話之內(nèi)了。

　　For this， Thou shalt not commit adultery， Thou shalt not kill， Thou shalt not steal， Thou shalt not bear false witness， Thou shalt not covet； and if there be any other commandment， it is briefly comprehended in this saying， namely， Thou shalt love thy neighbour as thyself.

　　13：10 愛(ài)是不加害與人的，所以愛(ài)就完全了律法。

　　Love worketh no ill to his neighbour： therefore love is the fulfilling of the law.

　　13：11 再者，你們曉得現(xiàn)今就是該趁早睡醒的時(shí)候，因?yàn)槲覀兊镁龋F(xiàn)今比初信的時(shí)候更近了。

　　And that， knowing the time， that now it is high time to awake out of sleep： for now is our salvation nearer than when we believed.

　　13：12 黑夜已深，白晝將近。我們就當(dāng)脫去暗昧的行為，帶上光明的兵器。

　　The night is far spent， the day is at hand： let us therefore cast off the works of darkness， and let us put on the armour of light.

　　13：13 行事為人要端正，好像行在白晝。不可荒宴醉酒。不可好色邪蕩。不可爭(zhēng)競(jìng)嫉妒。

　　Let us walk honestly， as in the day； not in rioting and drunkenness， not in chambering and wantonness， not in strife and envying.

　　13：14 總要披戴主耶穌基督，不要為肉體安排，去放縱私欲。

　　But put ye on the Lord Jesus Christ， and make not provision for the flesh， to fulfil the lusts thereof.
