John sees a friend at a table in a bar, drinking by himself.
Approaching the friend he comments, "You look terrible. What's the problem?"
"My mother died in August," he said, "and left me $25,000.""Gee, that's tough," John replied.
"Then in September," the friend continued, "My father died, leaving me $90,000."
"Wow. Two parents gone in two months. No wonder you're depressed."
"And last month my aunt died, and left me $15,000."
"Three close family members lost in three months? How sad."
"Then this month," continued, the friend, "absolutely nothing!"
強子瞧見一位朋友坐在酒吧的一張桌旁，自斟自飲。
他走過去說：“你氣色挺差呀，咋回事啊？”
“我媽八月份死了，”朋友說，“還給我留了25000塊錢。”
“哎呀，這太難受了。”強子說。
“后來到九月份，”朋友接著說，“我爸又死了，留下90000塊給我。”
“喲，就倆月雙親都走了，難怪你這么郁悶。”
“還有上個月我姑姑也死了，也留了15000給我。”
“三個月沒了三位親屬啊？得多難過呀。”
“完了這個月吧，”緊接著，朋友說，“啥也沒有。”
