法律有的時候不那么神圣，有些還相當離譜，讓人以為這是愚人節的玩笑，法律制定人肯定是患了不定期腦抽癥，不過這同樣引人深思：說不定幾百年后，我們以為理所當然的法律法規，也會被視為不可理喻。
