How to Spend the Summer Vacation
In school， we have summer vacation. In summer， the weather is so hot that our brain needs a rest after a period of hard work. Thus it is for health reasons that we have our summer vacation.
What would be the most healthy way to spend it then？ There are many kinds of sports， which are good for health in summer， such as swimming， tennis and baseball. But care should be taken not to practice such sports all day long， which would be very bad for our health.
Another point we have to consider is that our time should not be spent entirely in playing. We attend school in order to get some knowledge， which will be useful in our life. But knowledge can only be obtained through constant drilling. During the vacation， we should not neglect to review the lessons we have learnt. It is true that all work and no play makes you a dull fellow. Though there may be other ways to spend the summer vacation， this seems to me the best of all.
「評語」文章首先從暑假的必要性開始，在第二段里又用問句來承上啟下，提出本文的中心意思：“我們怎么才能最好地利用暑假的時間呢？”并說明運動是一個很好的選擇，但是，第三段又說明還要學習以增長知識。
回答“怎么樣”的時候往往要闡述“為什么”，才顯得理直氣壯。
