Though I speak with the tongues of men and of angels,and have not love,
雖然我是以男人和天使的口吻說話,但失去愛,
I am become as sounding brass,or a tinkling cymbal
我就會變成一件發(fā)出單調(diào)聲響的銅管,一只叮叮作響的鐃鈸而已
And though I have the gift of prophecy and understand all mysteries,and all knowledge,and though I have all faith,
雖然我擁有預(yù)知和洞悉所有奧秘,所有知識的天賦,雖然我有十足的信心,令我能夠推動山脈,
so that I could remove mountains,and have not love,I'm nothing
但如果失去了愛,我將不名一錢
And though I bestow all my goods to feed the poor,and though I give my body to be burned,and have not love,it profiteth me nothing
雖然我把我所有的錢財都贈予貧苦大眾,雖然我為此屈身,但失去了愛就將一無所有
Love suffereth long,and is kind;love eniveth not;
愛經(jīng)歷長久,是寬容的;愛不會妒忌;
love vaunteth not itelf,is not puffed up,doth not behave itself unseemly;
愛不會吹夸自己,不趾高氣揚,也不會不得體地表現(xiàn)自己
seeketh not her own,is not easily provoked,thinketh no evil;
愛不會為自己迷失,也不容易被誤導(dǎo),沒有絲毫的邪念;
rejoiceth not in iniquity,but rejoiceth in the truth;
愛不會對邪惡感到欣喜,只對真理雀躍;
teareth all things,believeth all things,hopeth all things,endureth all things
承受一切,相信一切,對一切心存希望,包容一切

愛永不會被擊敗對愛情猜測,就會失敗;對愛刻薄,就應(yīng)該停止;
