In order to improve our English, my friend and I decide to wake up early and practice our spoken English. At first, I am so excited, I wake up before 7 o’clock, but a week passes, I find it is hard for me to wake up so early, now I have given up. I know I will give up so easily, I must have the strong will. So from now on, I need to get up early. 為了提高我們的英語，我的朋友和我決定早起，鍛煉我們的英語口語。剛開始，我很興奮，不到七點就起床，但是一周過去了，我發現早起對我來說很難，如今我已經放棄了。我知道自己很容易就會放棄，我必須要有堅強的意志。所以從現在起，我需要早起。
