Is a Good Preparation Helpful for a JobInterview?
好的面前準(zhǔn)備將對面試有益嗎?
Employment in China is getting more and morecompetitive these years. This is especially true asfar as the college graduates are concerned. Thefinancial crisis that started last year has made thesituation evenworse. In this context, a goodpreparation will be definitely helpful for one tosucceed in a job interview. A good preparationhelps greatly with a job interview.
近些年，中國的就業(yè)競爭日益顯著。這對于大學(xué)畢業(yè)生尤為明顯。去年開始的金融危機(jī)使這一情況更加嚴(yán)重。在這樣的情況下，十足的準(zhǔn)備一定對面試有益。準(zhǔn)備將大大增加面試的成功率。
In the first place, an interviewee should be properly dressed and appear neat and tidy. Suchappearance will surely impress the interviewer in a positive way, since it suggests organizationand dignity. A more important preparation might be a sound knowledge of one’s targetposition. The more you understand the position, the better you are likely to fulfill your dutiesas required, which is perhaps the employer’s greatest concern. Therefore, before going for ajob interview, an interviewee is advised to know as much about the position as possible. Indoing so, preliminary ideas could be formed as to whether you are the right person to fill theshoes.
首先，面試者應(yīng)該著裝得體，干凈整潔。這樣的形象將會為面試人留下好印象，因為這就意味著尊重和規(guī)矩。充分準(zhǔn)備將會對面試者所應(yīng)聘的職位有益。你對此崗位知道的越多，你將更有可能履行好自己的責(zé)任，這就是雇主最關(guān)注的。所以，在面試之前，我們建議面試者盡可能多地了解自己的崗位。只有這樣做，人們才會對你是否能夠勝任這份工作有一個提前的認(rèn)知。
Last but not least, it is absolutely necessary to study the skills for self-advertising. More oftenthan not, people who are talented for the job may not necessarily possess equal talent tomake their talents known. The employer would be most likely to assume that a person withgood skills for self-advertising could be equally capable of advertising for his products. Fromthe above reasoning, we could conclude that a good preparation will definitely increase thechance of success in a job interview.
最后，面試者也必須學(xué)會自我宣傳的技能。有時，擁有才華的面試者不一定能夠把自己的才能充分展現(xiàn)在雇主的眼前。許多雇主認(rèn)為能夠自我宣傳的雇員也能夠宣傳好他們的產(chǎn)品。從上述我們可以得出，良好的面前準(zhǔn)備將大大增加成功的幾率。
