為何朋友之間的競爭有利于維持友誼：

友誼是建立在互相尊敬和欣賞的基礎之上的，所謂英雄相惜，因此，只有通過競爭， 我們才能發現朋友的優點，進而產生一種敬意。和優秀的人在一起也是人的一種本能。所以，競爭有助于增進友誼。

這個爭議是我想起一個體育故事，NBA 球星James 和 Paul 是一對好友，他們在比賽中互不相讓，為了各自的團隊榮譽而戰，但是，在生活中他們是好友，甚至親人，他們因為彼此欣賞，互相幫助， 他們的友誼并沒有因為競爭而淡化。

為何朋友之間的競爭不利于維持友誼：

衡量友誼的一個很重要的標準就是朋友在患難或者危機時刻的表現。生活中例證很多，很多人是玩耍的好伙伴，但是，一旦遇到競爭，尤其是涉及到個人利益的競爭，如果一方為自我的私利而做出有損于友誼的事情，這時候，友誼很難維持。

但是，我想反駁的是：為了個人的利益就可以在競爭中賣友求榮，損人利己之人，不值得結交。
