舊約 -- 詩篇(Psalms) -- 第5章
5：1 耶和華阿，求你留心聽我的言語，顧念我的心思。
Give ear to my words， O LORD， consider my meditation.
5：2 我的王我的神阿，求你垂聽我呼求的聲音。因為我向你祈禱。
Hearken unto the voice of my cry， my King， and my God： for unto thee will I pray.
5：3 耶和華阿，早晨你必聽我的聲音。早晨我必向你陳明我的心意，并要儆醒。
My voice shalt thou hear in the morning， O LORD； in the morning will I direct my prayer unto thee， and will look up.
5：4 因為你不是喜悅惡事的神。惡人不能與你同居。
For thou art not a God that hath pleasure in wickedness： neither shall evil dwell with thee.
5：5 狂傲人不能站在你眼前。凡作孽的，都是你所恨惡的。
The foolish shall not stand in thy sight： thou hatest all workers of iniquity.
5：6 說謊言的，你必滅絕。好流人血弄詭詐的，都為耶和華所憎惡。
Thou shalt destroy them that speak leasing： the LORD will abhor the bloody and deceitful man.
5：7 至于我，我必憑你豐盛的慈愛進入你的居所。我必存敬畏你的心向你的圣殿下拜。
But as for me， I will come into thy house in the multitude of thy mercy： and in thy fear will I worship toward thy holy temple.
5：8 耶和華阿，求你因我的仇敵，憑你的公義，引領我。使你的道路在我面前正直。
Lead me， O LORD， in thy righteousness because of mine enemies； make thy way straight before my face.
5：9 因為他們的口中沒有誠實。他們的心里滿有邪惡。他們的喉嚨，是敞開的墳墓。他們用舌頭諂媚人。
For there is no faithfulness in their mouth； their inward part is very wickedness； their throat is an open sepulchre； they flatter with their tongue.
5：10 神阿，求你定他們的罪。愿他們因自己的計謀跌倒。愿你在他們許多的過犯中，把他們逐出。因為他們背叛了你。
Destroy thou them， O God； let them fall by their own counsels； cast them out in the multitude of their transgressions； for they have rebelled against thee.
5：11 凡投靠你的，愿他們喜樂，時常歡呼，因為你護庇他們。又愿那愛你名的人，都靠你歡欣。
But let all those that put their trust in thee rejoice： let them ever shout for joy， because thou defendest them： let them also that love thy name be joyful in thee.
5：12 因為你必賜福與義人。耶和華阿，你必用恩惠如同盾牌四面護衛他。
For thou， LORD， wilt bless the righteous； with favour wilt thou compass him as with a shield.
