42：1 （可拉后裔的訓(xùn)悔詩(shī)，交給伶長(zhǎng)）神阿，我的心切慕你，如鹿切慕溪水。
As the hart panteth after the water brooks， so panteth my soul after thee， O God.
42：2 我的心渴想神，就是永生神。我?guī)讜r(shí)得朝見神呢。
My soul thirsteth for God， for the living God： when shall I come and appear before God？
42：3 我晝夜以眼淚當(dāng)飲食。人不住的對(duì)我說，你的神在那里呢。
My tears have been my meat day and night， while they continually say unto me， Where is thy God？
42：4 我從前與眾人同往，用歡呼稱贊的聲音，領(lǐng)他們到神的殿里，大家守節(jié)。我追想這些事，我的心極其悲傷。
When I remember these things， I pour out my soul in me： for I had gone with the multitude， I went with them to the house of God， with the voice of joy and praise， with a multitude that kept holyday.
42：5 我的心哪，你為何憂悶，為何在我里面煩躁。因當(dāng)仰望神。因他笑臉幫助我，我還要稱贊他。
Why art thou cast down， O my soul？ and why art thou disquieted in me？ hope thou in God： for I shall yet praise him for the help of his countenance.
42：6 我的神阿，我的心在我里面憂悶。所以我從約旦地，從黑門嶺，從米薩山，記念你。
O my God， my soul is cast down within me： therefore will I remember thee from the land of Jordan， and of the Hermonites， from the hill Mizar.
42：7 你的瀑布發(fā)聲，深淵就與深淵響應(yīng)。你的波浪洪濤漫過我身。
Deep calleth unto deep at the noise of thy waterspouts： all thy waves and thy billows are gone over me.
42：8 白晝耶和華必向我施慈愛。黑夜我要歌頌禱告賜我生命的神。
Yet the LORD will command his lovingkindness in the day time， and in the night his song shall be with me， and my prayer unto the God of my life.
42：9 我要對(duì)神我的磐石說，你為何忘記我呢。我為何因仇敵的欺壓時(shí)常哀痛呢。
I will say unto God my rock， Why hast thou forgotten me？ why go I mourning because of the oppression of the enemy？
42：10 我的仇敵辱罵我，好像打碎我的骨頭，不住的對(duì)我說，你的神在那里呢。
As with a sword in my bones， mine enemies reproach me； while they say daily unto me， Where is thy God？
42：11 我的心哪，你為何憂悶，為何在我里面煩躁。應(yīng)當(dāng)仰望神。因我還要稱贊他。他是我臉上的光榮，（原文作幫助），是我的神。
Why art thou cast down， O my soul？ and why art thou disquieted within me？ hope thou in God： for I shall yet praise him， who is the health of my countenance， and my God.
