8：1 書亞人比勒達(dá)回答說，Then answered Bildad the Shuhite， and said，
8：2 這些話你要說到幾時(shí)。口中的言語如狂風(fēng)要到幾時(shí)呢。
How long wilt thou speak these things？ and how long shall the words of thy mouth be like a strong wind？
8：3 神豈能偏離公平。全能者豈能偏離公義。
Doth God pervert judgment？ or doth the Almighty pervert justice？
8：4 或者你的兒女得罪了他，他使他們受報(bào)應(yīng)。
If thy children have sinned against him， and he have cast them away for their transgression；
8：5 你若殷勤地尋求神，向全能者懇求。
If thou wouldest seek unto God betimes， and make thy supplication to the Almighty；
8：6 你若清潔正直，他必定為你起來，使你公義的居所興旺。
If thou wert pure and upright； surely now he would awake for thee， and make the habitation of thy righteousness prosperous.
8：7 你起初雖然微小，終久必甚發(fā)達(dá)。
Though thy beginning was small， yet thy latter end should greatly increase.
8：8 請(qǐng)你考問前代，追念他們的列祖所查究的。
For enquire， I pray thee， of the former age， and prepare thyself to the search of their fathers：
8：9 我們不過從昨日才有，一無所知。我們?cè)谑赖娜兆雍孟裼皟骸?/p>
（For we are but of yesterday， and know nothing， because our days upon earth are a shadow：）
8：10 他們豈不指教你，告訴你，從心里發(fā)出言語來呢。
Shall not they teach thee， and tell thee， and utter words out of their heart？
8：11 蒲草沒有泥，豈能發(fā)長。蘆荻沒有水，豈能生發(fā)。
Can the rush grow up without mire？ can the flag grow without water？
8：12 尚青的時(shí)候，還沒有割下，比百樣的草先枯槁。
Whilst it is yet in his greenness， and not cut down， it withereth before any other herb.
8：13 凡忘記神的人，景況也是這樣。不虔敬人的指望要滅沒。
So are the paths of all that forget God； and the hypocrite's hope shall perish：
8：14 他所仰賴的必折斷，他所倚靠的是蜘蛛網(wǎng)。
Whose hope shall be cut off， and whose trust shall be a spider's web.
8：15 他要倚靠房屋，房屋卻站立不住。他要抓住房屋，房屋卻不能存留。
He shall lean upon his house， but it shall not stand： he shall hold it fast， but it shall not endure.
8：16 他在日光之下發(fā)青，蔓子爬滿了園子。
He is green before the sun， and his branch shooteth forth in his garden.
8：17 他的根盤繞石堆，扎入石地。
His roots are wrapped about the heap， and seeth the place of stones.
8：18 他若從本地被拔出，那地就不認(rèn)識(shí)他，說，我沒有見過你。
If he destroy him from his place， then it shall deny him， saying， I have not seen thee.
8：19 看哪，這就是他道中之樂。以后必另有人從地而生。
Behold， this is the joy of his way， and out of the earth shall others grow.
8：20 神必不丟棄完全人，也不扶助邪惡人。
Behold， God will not cast away a perfect man， neither will he help the evil doers：
8：21 他還要以喜樂充滿你的口，以歡呼充滿你的嘴。
Till he fill thy mouth with laughing， and thy lips with rejoicing.
8：22 恨惡你的要披戴慚愧。惡人的帳棚，必歸無有。
They that hate thee shall be clothed with shame； and the dwelling place of the wicked shall come to nought.
