32：1 于是這三個人，因約伯自以為義就，不再回答他。
So these three men ceased to answer Job， because he was righteous in his own eyes.
32：2 那時有布西人，蘭族巴拉迦的兒子，以利戶向約伯發(fā)怒。因約伯自以為義，不以神為義。
Then was kindled the wrath of Elihu the son of Barachel the Buzite， of the kindred of Ram： against Job was his wrath kindled， because he justified himself rather than God.
32：3 他又向約伯的三個朋友發(fā)怒。因為他們想不出回答的話來，仍以約伯為有罪。
Also against his three friends was his wrath kindled， because they had found no answer， and yet had condemned Job.
32：4 以利戶要與約伯說話，就等候他們，因為他們比自己年老。
Now Elihu had waited till Job had spoken， because they were elder than he.
32：5 以利戶見這三個人口中無話回答，就怒氣發(fā)作。
When Elihu saw that there was no answer in the mouth of these three men， then his wrath was kindled.
32：6 布西人，巴拉迦的兒子，以利戶回答說，我年輕，你們老邁。因此我退讓，不敢向你們陳說我的意見。
And Elihu the son of Barachel the Buzite answered and said， I am young， and ye are very old； wherefore I was afraid， and durst not shew you mine opinion.
32：7 我說，年老的當(dāng)先說話。壽高的當(dāng)以智慧教訓(xùn)人。
I said， Days should speak， and multitude of years should teach wisdom.
32：8 但在人里面有靈，全能者的氣使趟有聰明。
But there is a spirit in man： and the inspiration of the Almighty giveth them understanding.
32：9 尊貴的不都有智慧。壽高的不都能明白公平。
Great men are not always wise： neither do the aged understand judgment.
32：10 因此我說，你們要聽我言，我也要陳說我的意見。
Therefore I said， Hearken to me； I also will shew mine opinion.
32：11 你們查究所要說的話。那時我等候你們的話，側(cè)耳聽你們的辯論。
Behold， I waited for your words； I gave ear to your reasons， whilst ye searched out what to say.
32：12 留心聽你們。誰知你們中間無一人折服約伯，駁倒他的話。
Yea， I attended unto you， and， behold， there was none of you that convinced Job， or that answered his words：
32：13 你們切不可說，我們尋得智慧。神能勝他，人卻不能。
Lest ye should say， We have found out wisdom： God thrusteth him down， not man.
32：14 約伯沒有向我爭辯。我也不用你們的話回答他。
Now he hath not directed his words against me： neither will I answer him with your speeches.
32：15 他們驚奇不再回答，一言不發(fā)。
They were amazed， they answered no more： they left off speaking.
32：16 我豈因他們不說話，站住不再回答，仍舊等候呢。
When I had waited， （for they spake not， but stood still， and answered no more；）
32：17 我也要回答我的一分話，陳說我的意見。
I said， I will answer also my part， I also will shew mine opinion.
32：18 因為我的言語滿懷。我里面的靈激動我。
For I am full of matter， the spirit within me constraineth me.
32：19 我的胸懷如盛酒之囊，沒有出氣之縫，又如新皮袋快要破裂。
Behold， my belly is as wine which hath no vent； it is ready to burst like new bottles.
32：20 我要說話，使我舒暢。我要開口回答。
I will speak， that I may be refreshed： I will open my lips and answer.
32：21 我必不看人的情面，也不奉承人。
Let me not， I pray you， accept any man's person， neither let me give flattering titles unto man.
32：22 我不曉得奉承。若奉承，造我的主必快快除滅我。
For I know not to give flattering titles； in so doing my maker would soon take me away.
