9：1 以色列阿，不要像外邦人歡喜快樂，因為你行邪淫離棄你的神，在各谷場上如妓女喜愛賞賜。

　　Rejoice not， O Israel， for joy， as other people： for thou hast gone a whoring from thy God， thou hast loved a reward upon every cornfloor.

　　9：2 谷場和酒榨，都不夠以色列人使用，新酒也必缺乏。

　　The floor and the winepress shall not feed them， and the new wine shall fail in her.

　　9：3 他們必不得住耶和華的地，以法蓮卻要歸回埃及，必在亞述吃不潔凈的食物。

　　They shall not dwell in the LORD's land； but Ephraim shall return to Egypt， and they shall eat unclean things in Assyria.

　　9：4 他們必不得向耶和華奠酒，即便奠酒也不蒙悅納。他們的祭物，必如居喪者的食物，凡吃的必被玷污，因他們的食物，只為自己的口腹，必不奉入耶和華的殿。

　　They shall not offer wine offerings to the LORD， neither shall they be pleasing unto him： their sacrifices shall be unto them as the bread of mourners； all that eat thereof shall be polluted： for their bread for their soul shall not come into the house of the LORD.

　　9：5 在大會的日子，到耶和華的節期，你們怎樣行呢。

　　What will ye do in the solemn day， and in the day of the feast of the LORD？

　　9：6 看哪，他們逃避災難，埃及人必收殮他們的尸首，摩弗人必葬埋他們的骸骨。他們用銀子做的美物上必長蒺藜，他們的帳棚中必生荊棘。

　　For， lo， they are gone because of destruction： Egypt shall gather them up， Memphis shall bury them： the pleasant places for their silver， nettles shall possess them： thorns shall be in their tabernacles.

　　9：7 以色列人必知道降罰的日子臨近，報應的時候來到。（民說，作先知的是愚昧，受靈感的是狂妄皆因他們多多作孽，大懷怨恨。

　　The days of visitation are come， the days of recompence are come； Israel shall know it： the prophet is a fool， the spiritual man is mad， for the multitude of thine iniquity， and the great hatred.

　　9：8 以法蓮曾作我神守望的，至于先知，在他一切的道上作為捕鳥人的網羅，在他神的家中懷怨恨。

　　The watchman of Ephraim was with my God： but the prophet is a snare of a fowler in all his ways， and hatred in the house of his God.

　　9：9 以法蓮深深地敗壞，如在基比亞的日子一樣，耶和華必記念他們的罪孽，追討他們的罪惡。

　　They have deeply corrupted themselves， as in the days of Gibeah： therefore he will remember their iniquity， he will visit their sins.

　　9：10 主說，我遇見以色列如葡萄在曠野，我看見你們的列祖如無花果樹上春季初熟的果子。他們卻來到巴力毗珥專拜那可羞恥的，就成為可憎惡的，與他們所愛的一樣。

　　I found Israel like grapes in the wilderness； I saw your fathers as the firstripe in the fig tree at her first time： but they went to Baalpeor， and separated themselves unto that shame； and their abominations were according as they loved.

　　9：11 至于以法蓮人，他們的榮耀必如鳥飛去，必不生產，不懷胎，不成孕。

　　As for Ephraim， their glory shall fly away like a bird， from the birth， and from the womb， and from the conception.

　　9：12 縱然養大兒女，我卻必使他們喪子，甚至不留一個。我離棄他們，他們就有禍了。

　　Though they bring up their children， yet will I bereave them， that there shall not be a man left： yea， woe also to them when I depart from them！

　　9：13 我看以法蓮如推羅栽于美地。以法蓮卻要將自己的兒女帶出來，交與行殺戮的人。

　　Ephraim， as I saw Tyrus， is planted in a pleasant place： but Ephraim shall bring forth his children to the murderer.

　　9：14 耶和華阿，求你加給他們加什么呢，要使他們胎墜乳乾。

　　Give them， O LORD： what wilt thou give？ give them a miscarrying womb and dry breasts.

　　9：15 耶和華說，他們一切的惡事都在吉甲，我在那里憎惡他們，因他們所行的惡，我必從我地上趕出他們去，不再憐愛他們，他們的首領都是悖逆的。

　　All their wickedness is in Gilgal： for there I hated them： for the wickedness of their doings I will drive them out of mine house， I will love them no more： all their princes are revolters.

　　9：16 以法蓮受責罰，根本枯乾，必不能結果，即或生產，我必殺他們所生的愛子。

　　Ephraim is smitten， their root is dried up， they shall bear no fruit： yea， though they bring forth， yet will I slay even the beloved fruit of their womb.

　　9：17 我的神必棄絕他們，因為他們不聽從他，他們也必飄流在列國中。

　　My God will cast them away， because they did not hearken unto him： and they shall be wanderers among the nations.
