5：1 我們既因信稱義，就藉著我們的主耶穌基督，得與神相和。

　　Therefore being justified by faith， we have peace with God through our Lord Jesus Christ：

　　5：2 我們又藉著他，因信得進(jìn)入現(xiàn)在所站的恩典中，并且歡歡喜喜盼望神的榮耀。

　　By whom also we have access by faith into this grace wherein we stand， and rejoice in hope of the glory of God.

　　5：3 不但如此，就是在患難中，也是歡歡喜喜的。因?yàn)橹阑茧y生忍耐。

　　And not only so， but we glory in tribulations also： knowing that tribulation worketh patience；

　　5：4 忍耐生老練。老練生盼望。

　　And patience， experience； and experience， hope：

　　5：5 盼望不至于羞恥，因?yàn)樗n給我們的圣靈將神的愛(ài)澆灌在我們心里。

　　And hope maketh not ashamed； because the love of God is shed abroad in our hearts by the Holy Ghost which is given unto us.

　　5：6 因我們還軟弱的時(shí)候，基督就按所定的日期為罪人死。

　　For when we were yet without strength， in due time Christ died for the ungodly.

　　5：7 為義人死，是少有的，為仁人死，或者有敢作的。

　　For scarcely for a righteous man will one die： yet peradventure for a good man some would even dare to die.

　　5：8 惟有基督在我們還作罪人的時(shí)候?yàn)槲覀兯溃竦膼?ài)就在此向我們顯明了。

　　But God commendeth his love toward us， in that， while we were yet sinners， Christ died for us.

　　5：9 現(xiàn)在我們既靠著他的血稱義，就更要藉著他免去神的忿怒。

　　Much more then， being now justified by his blood， we shall be saved from wrath through him.

　　5：10 因?yàn)槲覀冏鞒饠车臅r(shí)候，且藉著神兒子的死，得與神和好，既已和好，就更要因他的生得救了。

　　For if， when we were enemies， we were reconciled to God by the death of his Son， much more， being reconciled， we shall be saved by his life.

　　5：11 不但如此，我們既藉著我主耶穌基督，得與神和好，也就藉著他，以神為樂(lè)。

　　And not only so， but we also joy in God through our Lord Jesus Christ， by whom we have now received the atonement.

　　5：12 這就如罪是從一人入了世界，死又是從罪來(lái)的，于是死就臨到眾人，因?yàn)楸娙硕挤噶俗铩?/p>

　　Wherefore， as by one man sin entered into the world， and death by sin； and so death passed upon all men， for that all have sinned：

　　5：13 沒(méi)有律法之先，罪已經(jīng)在世上。但沒(méi)有律法，罪也不算罪。

　　（For until the law sin was in the world： but sin is not imputed when there is no law.

　　5：14 然而從亞當(dāng)?shù)侥ξ鳎谰妥髁送酰B那些不與亞當(dāng)犯一樣罪過(guò)的，也在他的權(quán)下。亞當(dāng)乃是那以后要來(lái)之人的豫像。

　　Nevertheless death reigned from Adam to Moses， even over them that had not sinned after the similitude of Adam's transgression， who is the figure of him that was to come.

　　5：15 只是過(guò)犯不如恩賜。若因一人的過(guò)犯，眾人都死了，何況神的恩典，與那因耶穌基督一人恩典中的賞賜，豈不更加倍的臨到眾人嗎。

　　But not as the offence， so also is the free gift. For if through the offence of one many be dead， much more the grace of God， and the gift by grace， which is by one man， Jesus Christ， hath abounded unto many.

　　5：16 因一人犯罪就定罪，也不如恩賜。原來(lái)審判是由一人而定罪，恩賜乃是由許多過(guò)犯而稱義。

　　And not as it was by one that sinned， so is the gift： for the judgment was by one to condemnation， but the free gift is of many offences unto justification.

　　5：17 若因一人的過(guò)犯，死就因這一人作了王，何況那些受洪恩又蒙所賜之義的，豈不更要因耶穌基督一人在生命中作王嗎。

　　For if by one man's offence death reigned by one； much more they which receive abundance of grace and of the gift of righteousness shall reign in life by one， Jesus Christ.）

　　5：18 如此說(shuō)來(lái)，因一次的過(guò)犯，眾人都被定罪，照樣，因一次的義行，眾人也就被稱義得生命了。

　　Therefore as by the offence of one judgment came upon all men to condemnation； even so by the righteousness of one the free gift came upon all men unto justification of life.

　　5：19 因一人的悖逆，眾人成為罪人，照樣，因一人的順從，眾人也成為義了。

　　For as by one man's disobedience many were made sinners， so by the obedience of one shall many be made righteous.

　　5：20 律法本是外添的，叫過(guò)犯顯多。只是罪在那里顯多，恩典就更顯多了。

　　Moreover the law entered， that the offence might abound. But where sin abounded， grace did much more abound：

　　5：21 就如罪作王叫人死，照樣恩典也藉著義作王，叫人因我們的主耶穌基督得永生。

　　That as sin hath reigned unto death， even so might grace reign through righteousness unto eternal life by Jesus Christ our Lord.
