新約 -- 哥林多后書(2 Corinthians) -- 第8章
8：1 弟兄們，我把神賜給馬其頓眾教會的恩告訴你們。
Moreover， brethren， we do you to wit of the grace of God bestowed on the churches of Macedonia；
8：2 就是他們在患難中受大試煉的時候，仍有滿足的快樂，在極窮之間，還格外顯出他們樂捐的厚恩。
How that in a great trial of affliction the abundance of their joy and their deep poverty abounded unto the riches of their liberality.
8：3 我可以證明他們是按著力量，而且也過了力量，自己甘心樂意的捐助。
For to their power， I bear record， yea， and beyond their power they were willing of themselves；
8：4 再三的求我們，準他們在這供給圣徒的恩情上有分。
Praying us with much intreaty that we would receive the gift， and take upon us the fellowship of the ministering to the saints.
8：5 并且他們所作的，不但照我們所想望的，更照神的旨意，先把自己獻給主，又歸附了我們。
And this they did， not as we hoped， but first gave their own selves to the Lord， and unto us by the will of God.
8：6 因此我勸提多，既然在你們中間開辦這慈惠的事，就當辦成了。
Insomuch that we desired Titus， that as he had begun， so he would also finish in you the same grace also.
8：7 你們既然在信心，口才，知識，熱心，和待我們的愛心上，都格外顯出滿足來，就當在這慈惠的事上，也格外顯出滿足來。
Therefore， as ye abound in every thing， in faith， and utterance， and knowledge， and in all diligence， and in your love to us， see that ye abound in this grace also.
8：8 我說這話，不是吩咐你們，乃是藉著別人的熱心，試驗?zāi)銈儛坌牡膶嵲凇?/p>
I speak not by commandment， but by occasion of the forwardness of others， and to prove the sincerity of your love.
8：9 你們知道我們主耶穌基督的恩典。他本來富足，卻為你們成了貧窮，叫你們因他的貧窮，可以成為富足。
For ye know the grace of our Lord Jesus Christ， that， though he was rich， yet for your sakes he became poor， that ye through his poverty might be rich.
8：10 我在這事上把我的意見告訴你們，是與你們有益。因為你們下手辦這事，而且起此心意，已經(jīng)有一年了。
And herein I give my advice： for this is expedient for you， who have begun before， not only to do， but also to be forward a year ago.
8：11 如今就當辦成這事。既有愿作的心，也當照你們所有的去辦成。
Now therefore perform the doing of it； that as there was a readiness to will， so there may be a performance also out of that which ye have.
8：12 因為人若有愿作的心，比蒙悅納，乃是照他所有的，并不是照他所無的。
For if there be first a willing mind， it is accepted according to that a man hath， and not according to that he hath not.
8：13 我原不是要別人輕省，你們受累，F(xiàn)or I mean not that other men be eased， and ye burdened：
8：14 乃要均平。就是要你們的富馀，現(xiàn)在可以補他們的不足，使他們的富馀，將來也可以補你們的不足，這就均平了。
But by an equality， that now at this time your abundance may be a supply for their want， that their abundance also may be a supply for your want： that there may be equality：
8：15 如經(jīng)上所記，多收的也沒有馀，少收的也沒有缺。
As it is written， He that had gathered much had nothing over； and he that had gathered little had no lack.
8：16 多謝神，感動提多的心，叫他待你們殷勤，像我一樣。
But thanks be to God， which put the same earnest care into the heart of Titus for you.
8：17 他固然是聽了我的勸。但自己更是熱心，情愿往你們那里去。
For indeed he accepted the exhortation； but being more forward， of his own accord he went unto you.
8：18 我們還打發(fā)一位兄弟和他同去。這人在福音上得了眾教會的稱贊。
And we have sent with him the brother， whose praise is in the gospel throughout all the churches；
8：19 不但這樣，他也被眾教會挑選，和我們同行，把所托與我們的捐貲送到了，可以榮耀主，又表明我們樂意的心。
And not that only， but who was also chosen of the churches to travel with us with this grace， which is administered by us to the glory of the same Lord， and declaration of your ready mind：
8：20 這就免得有人因我們收的捐銀很多，就挑我們的不是。
Avoiding this， that no man should blame us in this abundance which is administered by us：
8：21 我們留心行光明的事，不但在主面前，就在人面前，也是這樣。
Providing for honest things， not only in the sight of the Lord， but also in the sight of men.
8：22 我們又打發(fā)一位兄弟同去。這人的熱心，我們在許多事上，屢次試驗過，現(xiàn)在他因為深信你們，就更加熱心了。
And we have sent with them our brother， whom we have oftentimes proved diligent in many things， but now much more diligent， upon the great confidence which I have in you.
8：23 論到提多，他是我的同伴，一同為你們勞碌的。論到那兩位兄弟，他們是教會的使者，是基督的榮耀。
Whether any do enquire of Titus， he is my partner and fellowhelper concerning you： or our brethren be enquired of， they are the messengers of the churches， and the glory of Christ.
8：24 所以你們務(wù)要在眾教會面前，顯明你們愛心的憑據(jù)，并我所夸獎你們的憑據(jù)。
Wherefore shew ye to them， and before the churches， the proof of your love， and of our boasting on your behalf.
