But ethey can learn to do it and have fun--
with minimum stress and plenty of charisma
但人們可以學(xué)會這種能力,使自己處于最小的壓力同時盡情展現(xiàn)個人非凡魅力中獲得樂趣
Today I want to share with you my seven success tactics of business speech,
今天我想與你們一同分享商務(wù)演說的七種成功策略,
which I get from my personal business speech-making experience
這些都是我從我個人的商務(wù)演講經(jīng)驗中總結(jié)出來的。
First,don't give a sales pitch,but do speak on your topic
首先,不要過于注重商品宣傳,但要緊扣主題。
Speak about interesting stuff to the audience even make them laugh,
but give a geat speech
盡量說些有趣的東西甚至使你的聽眾發(fā)笑,這樣你就得做個出色的演講。
If you sell burglar alarms,speak about home safety;
如果你是買防盜鈴的,你就談?wù)劶揖影踩珕栴}。
if you sell copiers,speak about image and productivityGet it?
如果你是賣復(fù)印機的,你就多談些圖片和效率問題。知道嗎?
Second,pick a great audience
第二,選擇理想的聽眾。
There are groups and there are groupsPick the best ones with the highest profile,most likely to have the bigwigs
從多個聽眾群眾中挑選出你最佳的聽眾——形象好,看起來都是大腕人物。
Third,give a handout
第三,派發(fā)講義。
Even if just a few pages,
雖然僅是那么幾張紙
a handout will help the audience follow alongand it precludes you from having to memorize the talk
但它可以幫助聽眾跟隨你的演講而且還可以使你避免反整個演講內(nèi)容背下來。
And it gives every member of the audience a way to contact you
此外,它還為你與你的聽眾提供了交流的方式。
WarningGive out the handout when you start to use it never before you begin
但要注意,你得在開始使用講義時才派發(fā)它,千萬不能在你演講之前派發(fā)。
If you give out the handout before you start your talk,people will read one thing while you're speaking about another,
如果你在開始演講前派發(fā)了講義,聽眾就會在你講一個內(nèi)容時看了另外的內(nèi)容,
and(worse)you lose andience control and the impact of your message
(更糟的是)你會失去對聽眾伯控制能力和影響。
Fourth,videotape it
第四,把演講過程錄下來。
After the talk you can play the video at homeand see how good you really are as opposed to how good you think you are
演講結(jié)束后,你可以在家看錄象帶,這樣你就能夠把你的實際表現(xiàn)同你預(yù)期評估進(jìn)行對比。
Fifth,ask for audience evaluations
第五,征求聽眾的評價。
Read about your impact,if any
你可以得知你的影響力。
Sixth,give value,get leads
第六,重視聽眾反饋,提高演講實力。
At the end of your talk,offer something for free in exchange for their card
在演講結(jié)束時,免費派發(fā)一些物品以換取聽眾對你的意見卡。
The cards you get are leads
這些卡就是對你的指導(dǎo)。
The last one is hang around after the meeting
最后一點是演講結(jié)束后停留在現(xiàn)場。
