“Go ahead and tell me about them.”

“Well, to start with, I’ve got an estate in the country, three Mercedes and a luxury yacht.”

英語(yǔ)知識(shí)點(diǎn)解說(shuō)：

1.boy int. 乖乖！真是?。ㄖ蠼拥寡b句）
例：Boy, is she beautiful!
（乖乖，她真美）

2.Boy, have I got problems!
=My God! I've really got problems.
老天！我真的有問(wèn)題了。
例：Boy, have I got problems! My wife left me and took the kids.

4.to start with 首先來(lái)說(shuō)
=to begin with

5.estate n. 房地產(chǎn)
real estate 房地產(chǎn)；不動(dòng)產(chǎn)

6.Mercedes n. 奔馳汽車(chē)
全名為Mercedes Benz。一般均以車(chē)名來(lái)代替汽車(chē)，如 Ford、Lincoln、Toyota 等等。
例：The Mercedes is probably the most prestigious car in the world.
（奔馳汽車(chē)大概是世界上最有聲譽(yù)的車(chē)子。）

7.luxury n. 奢侈；高級(jí)品
luxurious a. 豪華的
但本文中 luxury 當(dāng)形容詞用，表“有眾多豪華設(shè)備的”。
例：George's plan was to make a killing in the stock market and then retire to a life of luxury.
（喬治的計(jì)劃是在股票市場(chǎng)大撈一筆然后退休過(guò)著豪華舒適的日子。）
